Never seen that kind of customer service. Ordered a pizza and lava cake from there, delivery driver came and gave total 3 pizza, i said i only ordered 1, of course i tried to be honest. He gave my pizza, then i said there was 1 lava cake too. He said he don't have it and will go back to store and send a refund and 50% off next time. I said okay and waited for a refund. Just to confirm i called the store 3,4 times at night nobody picked up. Next day i called, nobody picked up, finally 1 girl picked up the phone and apologized for inconvenience and said she will talk to delivery drivers and call me back. I waited entire day still no call.. its not about $2.50, its about your customers service how you guys behave and waste time of the customer. Again i called and girl said they cant give refund for small order, i can pick it up. Why would i pick it up after this much wastage of my time and your rudeness, carelessness. She said i will send the driver and give $2.50 cash and behaved like i am the cheap person not them. Its about what you said and can't keep your word with the customer. I wanted them to realize how worst their customer service is. Your drivers don't have any knowledge what customer ordered and what to give, secondly he didn't notified to staff or manager. I get a very rude lady on the phone who tells me it's my mistake and that they sent the right one, when I tried to explain that we always order the Brooklyn and it never looks like this, she said they're too busy to make a new one but I can get 30% off on my next pizza! I was furious. This woman refused to admit their mistake and tried to make an idiot out of me. Then when I asked to speak to the owner she said he's out making deliveries. Then she finally gave in and said they'll send a new one but it would take an hour when I told her I'd be happy to speak with him in person. Still no apology. I have no complaints about anyone else at this location, this is my first bad experience with them but it was awful, the bad rating is for hiring someone that dishonest and disrespectful. My kid stayed hungry because it was hard for her to eat the thick crust, that's what upset me the most. I tried calling back twice to speak with the owner but was put on hold and then hung up on. I call back and speak to her manager Daman who says she will give me a full cash refund for the pizza and I accept. The next day I get a call from another manager named Preet who said she handles customer issues. She states I never called them back and the credit is now held. I told her all the people I spoke to and She then asks me why did I lie ? Iām so confused as to what is going on as I told her what happened the issue is resolved Iām picking my money up tonight. Preet says I need to wait a couple days longer now until she is done her investigation and see what the outcome Is. When I ask her why she called me and spoke to me in this manner she says she is sorry but that does not take away from the fact dominos called me after a resolution was already in place to call me a liar and then when I say Iām coming to get my refund tonight to hang up the phone while Iām still talking.
