Freshslice Pizza — Restaurant in Surrey

Terrible experience. Ordered two pizzas and one was supposed to be pepperoni, but we got mushroom and cheese. Instead of calling the customer to let us know and offering us something else, they sent the order out to be delivered. We called to inquire about the discrepancy and was told they ran out of pepperoni. Lol, what pizza place runs out of pepperoni? They did offer us a free pizza however, I wouldn’t even want the freebie as the pizza was disgusting and the customer service wasn’t good. Would never order from this...

First time I went there had to wait almost an hour for my food to get ready as they were short staffed on a busy weekend however because their location is very close to my house I thought I'd give them another shot and the next time I went there I saw one of the workers handling cash and making pizza, no gloves no washing their hands. I LOOOOVE fresh slice, what the heck happened to this store? I got 2 pizzas, both burnt to a crisp, 0 crust, looks like slop, is as thinner than normal thin crust AND I DIDNT ORDER THIN CRUST!!!! Even the pizza in the warmers was burnt! Should have taken the hint… Not a single fresh slice has ever looked like this in years, I will never order from this specific restaurant again. Beyond disappointed, if it’s normally not this at this restaurant, the people working tonight need to be let go...
