I recently had the pleasure of trying a new dish at a local restaurant: the truffle mushroom risotto. Ordered Mozza burger combo. Menu shows 11.08. Got charged 11.38 on the receipt. Over charged by $0.20.

I then applied my "free" buddy burger coupon. the coupon only shows a value of $1.40 on the receipt while the burger cost me $2.19. over charged by $0.79

Show the receipt to the cashier right away and was told have to come back the next day for a solution as there's no manager on duty. I took the bus here 1 hour from home so it’s not really an option.

Messaged A&W on Facebook on Feb 27 and on Mar 7 I was told the restaurant emailed me so I spent 15 mins checking my inbox including my spam folder and no, even this is a lie.

Really bad experience everytime I go here. I work in the mall so I don’t have many options when I don’t bring a lunch to work. I get A&W sometimes and everytime I get my burger it’s big inside. Then the last time I went and they gave me a tray I told them I needed it to go and they gave me attitude saying I have to tell them that, yeah sure I probably should of mentioned it I forgot but the attitude was not cool and I’m pretty sure that’s their job to ask if it’s for here or to go.
