Freshslice Pizza — Restaurant in Surrey

The pizza was tasty. However the staff were extremely unorganized and did not follow directions of the people that were ordering their pizzas I asked for a pizza with little oil in the pan and it was very oily the woman making my pizza was training another woman and was teaching her to be extremely stingy with the toppings especially on the orders that were ubereats. I noticed them making vegetarian pizzas that had spinach on them and they would take one piece of spinach leaf tear it apart and put little pieces of that one leaf all over a large pizza and then that was it I'm sure the customer wanted more than one leaf of spinach over their entire Pizza. I ordered a medium Pizza Unlimited toppings and it was like pulling teeth to get this woman to put toppings on my pizza she would put four pieces of pepperoni on a medium Pizza I had to say more please she would put two more slices of pepperoni I said more please lots of pepperoni she would put two more pieces of pepperoni. I don't know if it was the owner but I have had the unlimited toppings at other fresh sliced pizza places and they loaded it up nicely the lady kept telling me it's not going to cook I reassured her that it wasn't that many toppings and that everything is cooked already except for the dough and the cheese the rest of it just basically needed to be warmed up but like I said the pizza did taste good it was extremely oily and I expect to have a lot of heartburn tonight from the oil, when I told her not to put oil in the pan she said there was no oil in the pan but the bottom of the pizza and the piece of paper in the Box were completely saturated with oil. I wouldn't say don't order from this place. However I would suggest you don't order over the phone for pickup. You definitely will not get your money's worth of toppings I ordered a second pizza and again I had to keep asking this lady again and again for more of each topping, meanwhile she was still getting upset with the other girl who is learning, saying you're putting too many poppings on the pizzas that the other girl was making. But the staff were definitely friendly, I just think the should re-evaluate how they make their pizzas, quality is good, however being stingy will cost you customers and money not...

I place an online order for delivery at 4:44 pm and paid by credit card. At 4:48 pm I got a phone call to let me know they have no delivery driver until 6:15 or 6:30 pm so I wouldn't get my pizza until at least 7 pm. I was not okay with that (kids are hungry!) and told them I wanted a refund so I could go elsewhere.

They told me only the manager can give refunds, I say great, let me talk to the manager. Sorry, she's not in until 8 pm, but we will make sure she refunds it at 8 pm. Yeah right. Then he proceeds to tell me I'm too far away for delivery anyway, yet I had ordered delivery numerous times prior with no issues (other than the pizza being an hour later than stated and cold). Rather than never get my money back (I've read the reviews and know how that goes!) I told them to proceed with the order...I would begrudgingly wait until 7 pm. 7 pm rolls around, no pizza. I call and get told he'll be here in 2 to 3 mins. At 7:17 I call again, am told the same story. Called two more times, at 7:31 and 7:48. Both times they said he'll be there any minute. Long story short, it showed up after 8 pm. COLD. And the real kicker, one of the pizzas was wrong. As stated earlier, this is not the first time they've been late with cold pizza, but being forced into a choice of waiting over 3 hours for a pizza or most likely losing the $50 bucks they were holding hostage is a new low. On the upside, the delivery driver was nice! No explanation for why he took so...

This restaurant is the worst restaurant I ever placed an order. I placed an online order for medium pan pizza. I was excited and hungry but when I saw the pizza it was skinny thin crust pizza. I called staff they said that’s their pan pizza. I have worked in Pizza place and know how a pan pizza look. I showed my whole staff they all agreed that it was a thin crust pizza. I called this location to speak to Manager they said Manager is not in till 1030 next morning. I told them I will bring the pizza back to the restaurant when my shift gets over which was 1000 in the night. They said yes bring it. Just to tell I received the order at 13:20.

At around 2228 hrs. , I went to the restaurant and showed them the pizza. This staff picked the slice and said yes it is their pan pizza. I told him I don want this pizza. You can keep it. Shamelessly that staff kept the pizza and did nothing.

I would honestly tell please not to visit this location. And if you are thinking of buying pan pizza from Freshslice just be ready to get a thin crust pizza.

And just to mention the staff was making pan pizza on a perforated pan double the size of pizza dough. I do not know what’s their SOP’s but not going their not ordering their again and will make sure none of my known friends, family member order food from their. I have so much frustration because my day was ruined because of Freshslice pizza...
