I had the worst experience at this ihop location, I went to the restaurant for breakfast on April 29/23 around 11:30 AM, the place was moderately crowded. There were decent number of staffs working, yet they were so slow in taking orders and bringing coffee. I had to ask two to three servers to refill my cup of coffee and yet people were walking with the pots and didn't even care to check our table. Finally, the lady brought me a new of cup of coffee instead of filling my current one (she said the the new portion is brewing and you can have this)- I wonder if thats a fresh coffee or last portion of the old coffee or someone else's cancelled cup of coffee cause the coffee got cold in seconds. I just started my meal I could have waited for fresh coffee but she just placed that cup and left.
I ordered Strawberry banana French toast and my friend ordered home made chicken sandwich, the food was mediocre at its best. The frenchtoast was not fluffy and I was expecting real fruits and decent quantity, they gave frozen fruits and it was all mushy/soggy!!! Also, I dont think that sandwich's chicken was homemade, I think its frozen chicken strips!
I usually give 10 to 15% depending on the food and service but this time I didn't cause - the food was bad and service was terrible. After paying, the lady was turning back and just threw the receipt at our table without even looking at us lol

Glendon was exceptionally attentive, ensuring that every aspect of our meal was perfect. He took the time to engage with us on a personal level, making us feel truly welcomed and valued. His polite and professional attitude was matched by his ability to anticipate our needs before we even had to ask—whether it was refilling our drinks, checking on our meals, or simply offering a genuine smile.
What really stood out was how personable he was. Glendon has an incredible ability to make every guest feel like they’re the most important person in the restaurant. He brought so much positivity and energy to our table, making the experience truly memorable.

Our server, Sabrina, barely interacted with us—no greeting, no courtesy, and when she brought the food, she just banged the plates on the table and walked away. There was no service throughout the meal, and someone else brought the payment machine.
Due to this complete lack of customer service, we chose not to leave a tip—something we always do when service is good. Shockingly, as we were leaving, the server made a loud, sarcastic comment about not receiving a tip, clearly directed at us - “wow no tip, what a joke”
