I placed an order online through the website. After 15 minutes the tracking did not update so I called the store to confirm, they said they do not take orders through the website and it has to be through skip the dishes or uber eat (which was over $10 more expensive). Why is this included on the website if you do not take orders from the website, if I did not call and confirm I would have just been waiting and never heard back. This does not make any sense. Now I have called and placed an order and have to wait an addition 30 minutes to pick up my order.
Update: I arrived at the time I was told my food would be ready and the server told me that he will be right back, I waited 15-20 additional minutes (when the order was supposed to be ready) and I was never told how long just that he will be right back. Originally the order I placed was supposed to be $41 not including a tip, when I paid for it in restaurant it was $57.75 for 2 dosas.
The food itself was mediocre based on the price point. I ordered the masala paneer dosa, that was the best thing that was ordered. I also ordered a lamb masala dosa, I was expecting a type of lamb curry with chunks in it, this was just some sort of paste that was smeared in the dosa, it tasted ok, not the best and texturally not good. I also ordered the chicken biryani, the portion is VERY small, honestly it is not enough to share.

Read moreI discovered this place last year. My first visit here was for a brunch. Honestly, did not expect it to be so wonderful. The food, interior, music, all of it felt like home. I went back within a week or so with some other friends, this time. Again, it was a treat for all the five senses. Gradually, I and my husband became regulars at this place. We got acquainted with Loki, who gave us an option to order the “Loki special” and we were thrilled. It’s a different, unique kind of a meal that’s not on the menu. He asks us questions like, what do you feel like eating, meat/vegetarian choices, etc. and whips up magic on the plate. This gesture was just too heartwarming. He makes our rasam extra strong in case we go there with sore throats. I had to come in here and write this review as this place truly feels like home. Being an immigrant, feeling full in your heart with ghar ka khana doesn’t happen everyday. But for me and my husband, we feel great to have found a home in Krishna Dosa and grill. Loki runs this place beautifully and serves everyone with love. Even though we don’t speak the same language, our connection to this place is the one based on food. Read moreThe whole place was empty and only two tables were booked. Absolutely disappointed with the entire experience. From start to finish, the customer service was unprofessional, disorganized, and frankly, disrespectful. I had high hopes going in, but those were quickly crushed.
First, the service was ridiculously late. What was promised to take a short amount of time ended up taking hours—without any explanation or communication. Waited there and when i asked the girl how long is the wait for then she said ohhhh I forgot have a seat. Is this called professionalism. I had to keep following up myself just to get vague answers, and no one seemed to take responsibility for the delay.
Even worse, the staff seemed completely uninterested in helping. I wasn’t greeted properly, my concerns were brushed off. No empathy, no urgency, and definitely they don’t know importance of time. Found hair on the table not clean.
