From the moment I stepped into Masala Junction, I knew I was in for something special. The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and full of vibrant colors and traditional Indian décor that immediately transported me to another world. The attention to detail in the interior—from the ambient lighting to the subtle background music—creates the perfect setting whether you’re out for a romantic dinner, a family gathering, or just craving quality Indian cuisine.
Now let’s talk about the service—absolutely top-notch. The employees were incredibly friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. They made excellent recommendations and ensured our table had everything we needed at all times. It’s rare to see such a genuine level of care and hospitality in a restaurant nowadays, and it really stood out.
But what truly blew me away was the food. Every single dish we ordered was a flavor explosion—from the buttery, melt-in-your-mouth chicken tikka masala, to the perfectly spiced lamb biryani, and the fresh, pillowy garlic naan. You could taste the authenticity in every bite, like it was made with love and passion. Even the chutneys and sides were on another level.
To top it all off, we had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who personally came over to ask how our meal was. You can immediately tell he pours his heart into this place. He was incredibly humble, kind, and passionate about the food and the experience he wants to give every guest. It’s rare to meet someone so genuinely invested in their business and their customers.
Masala Junction isn’t just a restaurant—it’s an experience. I can’t recommend it enough, and I’ll absolutely be back again (and...

So folks here is my another review!
This place has great food. I have tries pretty much everything. But if you are asking for the best dish? I would recommend Karri chawal, Chicken Tikka, and there veggie cauliflower is just amazing. I didn't really enjoyed there rest of the vegetable dishes.
Eating in There is pretty decent seating area if you wish to eat in the restaurant. The music is usually Hindi and sometimes new Punjabi bhangra music. There are two big screens inside, but usually plays Hindi songs on them. They provided pretty good service for eating in. I must add... very affordable place!
Parking space Not whole lot of parking is available during the day. Even fewer parking spaces between 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Getting in the parking lot can be little tricky too.
Take out Considering the parking conditions ? I would highly recommend this place to be a good take out food place. Orders are usually ready in 15 minutes.

Read moreThali is 11 out of 10. Really good. You get choice of curriers in there. Paneer was moist and mouth melting. Naan was super soft. We took naan home and it was soft even after it was out in the refrigerator and was not even warmed. Top quality thali. Rice and Dahi was ok.
Bread pakora was very good too, especially the price was too good.
We also tried parantha’s , they were good, but not as good as their thali. One suggestion- it came with Canadian butter not Indian makhan
From our group- Salty Lassi - 9 out of 10; Sweet lassi 10 on 10. Though I liked salty better.
Chai 10 on 10 also. Plus it came in a tea kettle - it was a fun surprise
Avoid veg sandwich. It was good but...
