Most UNPROFESSIONAL service, rip-off on charges for initial setup. Took months to get service setup. Now my monitoring service has been transferred to ADT/Telus and I am being double billed by Best Choice and ADT/Telus each month. Nobody seems to able to resolve the issue or credit me back for double monthly billing! Moe (best choice security) is absolutely useless, AVOID dealing with this company or individual for any type of service. Save your money and sanity and deal with an actual professional service...

buyer beware, we have had really bad service, they Talk a good sales pitch, but that's it. Poor installation and then they don't want to know you after the installation. Will not talk with you when you have a problem. They sold our contract on to Telus, but are still taking money out of our account, if you call them they will not pick up the phone. This guy is unbelievable. Have not had a working security system for 2 1/2 months. Doesn’t call you back. Has come twice and both times replaced equipment that was fine. Said he had no idea what was wrong. Today because I won’t give him back the monitoring board he has locked my keypad so it makes noise. Bullying me which doesn’t work. He talks a good one.
