On this morning. Ordered just a coffee n cinnomon muffin combo. A young girl new to till service she says. Needed assistance on till. She couldn't find the medium coffee n muffin button. She asked. And it was showing different breakfast combo's. So I called out to a worker and mentioned this till service person needs help. She asked for help. But lady shouting oders out what she needed n trying to get orders out. But coffee station taking too long. The lady calling orders out ran to till right dway and says sorry she thought she meant a different combo. Showed the young girl. And she got the coffee n muffin order done on till. But waiting 10 minutes for a medium coffee n cinnomon muffin. Other who paid their orders before me waiting for just coffee. N few mistake on on iced coffies as I wait for my coffee n muffin. The person shouting orders out told till women. Stop taking orders for a bit. The drink station was far behind on orders. And orders need to be shouted out louder. For people whom maybe sitting waiting. On this morning K-Ause. Team work and being organized helps your team workers out.4specially on rush hours like morning rush lunch rush dinner rush. Customers just order fast food to get in n out to get to their jobs , school at evenings long days work just want to order n get home to their families. Service with a smile also brings your customers back. They should make sure experienced person at till on rush hours. Train your newbies and shadow them so they know how to get the work that is asked of them. Don't just through them in. Team leaders need to step up n help make the team on each shift are working together to serve customers better. You Got This Mc Donald's. And what's up with baby burgers in adult burger combo's. Mc Donald's used to have big juicey burgers. Now it's more bun than burger. If you want to compare. Buy an adult burger at burger King. And put it side your Mc Donald's adult burgers. Read moreOrdered a Snack Wrap and 2 Apple Pies via mobile app on Jan 22, 2025 evening. By the time I was at the drive thru pick up window, I was advised there were no Apple pies available. I said I wouldn’t mind waiting for them but I was told they were completely out and therefore not able to wait. As my credit card was already charged, they said they will issue refund on my card. While waiting for my Snack Wrap in Stall 2, I checked my online credit card transaction. I noticed that it was charged the price of the 2 pies instead of refund. Spoke to the lady who handed me my wrap and she said I had to speak with the Manager. I left my car and went to the pick up window, show my online screen to the manager, she assured me it was refunded. Well, I‘ve checking my online transactions on my credit card; NO REFUND ISSUED as of today (6 days later). BMO indicated that I need contact McDonald’s for the dispute. I have contacted McDonald’s via online and waiting for them to respond. The App should not allow you to place order if the location is out of an item. Whoever designed the McDonald’s app should learn from Starbucks app. Starbucks app won’t let you order an item the location does not have. By allowing customers able to order food the location doesn’t have, not only that it wasted customer time, and we have to have faith on them to give us the money back! Very bad experience! Read moreI received a reheated apple pie that is past the "best by" time by a bit over 3 hours. I have never been so disappointed in a McDonald's apple pie until today. I bit into it and all the apple innards were all dried out. I have gotten mistakes here and there at this location, but usually the apple pie is hard to mess up so it's consistently good, or so I thought. We've gotten a wrong order sent to us for delivery before, and the last thing I recall that was disappointing is having burgers that did not have the buns toasted which was the first I've experienced from a McDonald's. Somehow, this location proves time and time again how they can prove me wrong when I think "it can't get worse than this, right?" They do not care about the customers here or the quality that they provide. There was a manager that seemed to want to change things for the better a few years ago, but I don't see them anymore, and the changed management and management that remains seems to be too caught up hitting order quota numbers to care about anything else. Yes, we see when you take down the "serving now" number quickly when you haven't served the customers yet and they're waiting there for a good 5-10 minutes. This entire location is a failure from top to bottom and I would advise no one go here, in order to send a message about how pathetic it is...
