The first time I visited Dario Café, I was genuinely blown away. The place is just so well put together—from the beautiful layout and cozy ambiance to the eye-catching paintings and stunning architecture. It honestly felt like I had stepped into a little corner of Italy. Everything is so clean, well-organized, and inviting.
One of the things I love most is the variety. Whether it’s the desserts, drinks, or ice creams—there’s always something new and tempting. Every time I go, I spend a few minutes just trying to decide what to get because everything looks so delicious! The cakes are mesmerizing, the ice creams are rich and flavorful, and the drinks… wow. I’ve had their masala tea, matcha latte, coconut coffee, and I can’t wait to try more. There’s always something new calling my name.
What truly makes this café special, though, is the customer service—especially Geneva. She’s one of the kindest, most welcoming people I’ve met. She genuinely cares, always ready with a smile and great suggestions. She makes the experience even more enjoyable, and it’s always a pleasure to see her there.
The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the quality. Everything tastes fresh—you can tell it’s made with care and love. Whether I’m there for a quiet coffee, a client meeting, or a hangout with friends, the vibe is always just right. It’s peaceful, classy, and so comfortable. I often bring people here, and every single one of them falls in love with the place instantly.
I’ve been to Dario Café over 50 times now, and I keep going back for a reason. It’s not just a café—it’s an experience. If you haven’t been yet, trust me, you’re...
Read moreI am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I experienced at your store recently. On my visit, I encountered a staff member with short hair and glasses, wearing a black T-shirt. At 9:18 PM, she informed me that the store was closed, despite the fact that the time on Google indicated otherwise.
After placing an order for a pistachio croissant and an Italian tiramisu, she informed me that the croissant was unavailable. Instead of offering the tiramisu I requested, she gave me a cake. When I politely pointed out the mistake, she responded rudely, telling me not to touch the cake as if we were undeserving of basic respect.
As someone who works in the food service industry myself, I understand how stressful the job can be. However, the behavior I encountered was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. We are paying customers, not recipients of charity, and we expect to be treated with courtesy and respect.
I kindly request an apology for the poor treatment I received and hope that you address this matter with the staff involved. It’s important to ensure that all customers feel valued, no matter...
Read moreThis place is AMAZING, I feel so fancy because of the care, effort and quality in every single thing we got. Their freakin' takeout cups have BUILT IN sleeves and are the nicest takeout cups I've ever seen lol! Nothing was just sloshed together because we had it to go, it looked so high-end I didn't even want to put a lid on it - and you could taste the huge difference in coffee quality.
I do NOT like macarons. WHAT?! Is this what a macaron is SUPPOSED to taste like?! GZUS that was one of the most incredible things I've ever eaten, I've NEVER had one like that- light and flaky, melt in your mouth I want to go back right now. The lemon cake was perfect delicate texture. Tiramisu was actually kind of bland and a bit dense but that could be because we put it in the fridge. Staff was great, elegant decor including the purple swirled tabletop. We'll definitely come regularly instead of the Starbucks - it's like Starbucks is McDonald's and this place is like Cactus Club or Caesar's Steakhouse - but CHEAPER than Starbucks!! I can't believe we didn't try this...
