McDonald's — Restaurant in Surrey

I can officially say that I have had the WORST experience of any McDonalds in my life at this establishment today. Even the manager that had the unfortunate responsibility of trying to rectify the SERIES of problems stemming from an improperly prepared burger. I was at this est.....hole at approx 12:10 in the afternoon. A younger lady from behind me spoke, saying she would be right with me. After coming around til side from what I assume was cleaning, took my order. Was very polite and friendly throughout the whole transaction. My order; simple, or so I thought. A quarter pounder with cheese meal supersize fries and drink. I requested no pickles and what they refer to as reconstituted onion instead of the normal slivered onion. I received my order in a timely fashion and proceeded to a table to eat.I opened the burger to ensure that no pickles were on it and sure enough there was none. However, there was also NO onion at all. I returned my tray to the counter where a blonde long hair manager received my concern. She rang through the order again and told me they were remaking the fries and burger and she would bring it out. Once my remake order arrived, the manager returned to conversing with an off duty co-worker. I again checked to ensure that it was made correctly and I was aghast at what I saw. It literally looked like someone used an excavator bucket and dumped a full load of onion on top of the burger. There was also no where near the McDonalds prescribed dosing of mustard and ketchup. As I was getting up to talk with the manager again she came over to me and I showed her the burger. She too was disgusted in how it was put together, you could see it in her facial expression and eyes. She told me she would return with a new order shortly and proceeded in to the back where I over heard an argument break out. When I looked into the kitchen the individual that was making the burgers was glaring at me while another manager tried to justify that the burger was made correctly. The manager I was dealing with told the cook to remake the burger and hauled the other manager to a room further in the back. All the while this was going on the burger maker proceeded to glare and give dirty looks towards me to which I finally looked at her and told her to get back to work and make the food properly. The managers came out of the back and the one I dealt with returned to my table and handed me 2 free burger at any MCD's and apologized profusely for the lack of normal standards. She also said she would wait while I checked the order again. I kid you not folks, the look on both of our faces when I opened that burger for a third time; was not a look of enjoyment but absolute sheer disgust. It looked like miss burger maker used a soup ladle and literally slathered ketchup and mustard on both halves of the bun as well as the patty itself and packaged it up. Probably the equivalent of half of a picnic pack bottle of the heinz stuff of each on this burger. I was so disgusted I closed it and told her I wanted my money back to which she graciously proceeded to do again apologizing profusley. I replied that it was unfortunate she had to work with such disrespectful coworkers and that she should inform lil' miss burger maker that if that's the path of cook she is choosing to be she isn't gonna last very long. I gathered from her response that it may have very well been that cooks last day. And if not that's even more unfortunate because for the price McD is charging for food, and this is the way they want their staff to behave, then this will certainly be my last time at this particular location and any other in...

It’s now been a reoccurring thing there with them messing up almost the entirety or at least half of the order. Even far before the quarantine, it’s always every other trip or sometimes every trip that something will be wrong. There is always at least one missing item, the things we order specifically WITHOUT cheese for my allergenic husband have been with either the regular amount of cheese or twice the amount of cheese, and double burgers have been missing entire patties. The absolute worse time was when we were standing there having brought back our food, two BLT quarter pounder meals, because they forgot the BLT part but then they proceeded to mess up on the same burger a total of four times before we could even leave. Then just today it was the same thing of a missing item which we managed to catch before leaving but then a patty was missing from a double and the quarter pounder without cheese had double the amount of cheese... The worst McDonald's, wentn ordered 2 egg and cheese breakfast sandwich with no meat, and clearly asked if there was no meat, the lady said yea theres no meat in it. Took a bit of my sandwich and there was bacon in my sandwich and i do not eat bacon/pork religiously. Came back and spoke to elisha S the manager and she said sorry ill get u another one, but thats not the point of couse i can get another one but someone that never ate pork just at pork n how r u going to fix that. And all she said is sorry and showing attitude to me like itd not a big deal. Yea to elisha its not a big deal cause she eats pork but to me i dont so its a big deal.
