– Shockingly Disrespectful and Unprofessional

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at Kohinoor Bistro and Restaurant was so appalling, it deserves to be called out. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with a level of disrespect I wouldn’t expect from any establishment, let alone one in the hospitality industry.

The staff were not only inattentive but outright rude. We were ignored for an unreasonably long time, and when we finally asked for assistance, we were met with attitude, sarcasm, and complete indifference. No greetings, no apologies—just dismissiveness as if we were an inconvenience for simply being there.
