I’m sad to say your coffee has become outrageously priced. I was regular customer at this location. I would go almost every day before work. I love the drive-through and the convenience of it. Today I went to grab my coffee. I noticed it was more expensive than usual and then I also ordered a bottle of sugar-free vanilla syrup. It has always been around $12 for a bottle. Today it was $25 a bottle. This is an outrageous markup in one month. When you can go purchase vanilla syrup off of Amazon for $8 dollars. I also found out from talking to your employees and other loyal customers because I was so shocked with your markup that you up the prices Of your most popular Food and beverages during peak hours. Read moreI was taught by a barista at a different store that if I wanted steamed milk in any of my hot drinks, to just add it to my name (mobile app) and it would work. Worked great ever since. The barista at this location decided to mock my "name" and made a few disparaging comments with his co-workers, not realizing I was sitting 7 feet away from him. They laughed loudly at the "stupid long name." He didn't even call my name out, just plunked my coffee on the counter and walked away. Said something about not wanting to even say it. So I quietly took my drink, read the label to make sure it was mine and walked out. I didn't want to say anything as my son was outside. I decided to walk away rather confront and correct a group of small minded people. These employees give the rest of good baristas a bad name and definitely left a poor...

I get to the window and 2 employees stared at me only to laugh ans continue about their business as if I wasnt at the window. Then another one passed by and ignored me. So when I knocked on the window to figure out if someone would take my order or if they were closed because their business hours showed that they should be still be open and there were clients in front of the starbucks chit chatting. A lady showed up to the window and did not open the window and decided to yell that they were closed.
