Bad experience. I was heading back from work. Felt thursty due to hot weather. Thought of having chilled mango lassi and Papri chaat with Bhalla. Not good. When I opened the box smelled so bad. I felt the food was inedible by the smell and yes it was when I tasted it. I politely talked with the girl at the counter about the food to which she replied that we do get bad reviews about other food but not about papri chaat. I was stunned by her answer. I nodded and by saying it was just a review for your restaurant to make food better, I then left. But, for those people who work hard and wanna eat something real good, please dont waste money in here like I did. This was the worst experience i got soo far. I have ordered through uber from their different location. And after receiving the food i got soo disappointed i called their different location as they were closed that time i called the scott road location and mentioned the food i got. It was disgusting . Order was Tandoori noodle burger and Chole Bhature. I will attach the picture for the reference as well. I called the restaurant and the lady answered the call calling herself a manager of the store. I explained her everything what happened and sent them the pictures too. There was no reply for a week. After a week a gave a call again, and the same lady picked the call and “she said ohh yes the burger we saw was good and we can serve like that and for the bhature we can’t do anything. You tell us what you want”. And disconnected the call. The Owner is not ready to talk and he is escaping. AVOID GOING TO THIS PLACE, THEY SERVE YOU THE FOOD WHICH CAN ACTUALLY CAUSE FOOD POISONING. FYI … after tasting anyone in the world would flip the food with spoon to check it … that’s what I have done … and the quantity as much as you offer can be clearly seen in the picture ….
