Delicious authentic vietnamese dishes! We go here for some vietnamese comfort dishes that remind me of home. The caramelized fish (ca kho) is rich in sweetness and savouriness. My partner loves the caramelized pork (thit kho) which is comes in a sizzling clay pot and is super black-peppery and salty as well. Both are delicious over rice and remind me of a mothers cooking. We always always order the sour shrimp soup (canh chua tom). Cooked with pineapple and various veggies, this soup is perfectly sour and sweet at the same time. We were skeptical trying this place. There were only 36 reviews and it’s next to the skytrain. It turned out so amazing. It’s AUTHENTIC, like mom’s cook.
