I purchased a pizza from this location two hours ago, and it was filled with hair. I'm including pictures as evidence. When I called, the person who answered had no knowledge of the situation, and when I asked for a manager, there was no one available to speak with either. I'm unsure how these people received so many positive reviews with this level of hygiene. I will definitely forward this to Fraser Health. I also noticed a similar complaint from someone else in the reviews, so it's not an isolated incident.
Update : The staff who called back mentioned that the lady who made the order didn't wear gloves and a hairnet, which could be the reason for the hair in it. They offered to provide me with the manager's number and asked if I could call them. I find it amusing that I reported the issue to you, yet your manager hasn't returned my call and expects me to reach...
Read moreAwesome pizza!!! My husband and I love this place! It's in our neighbourhood and is within walking distance - the price did increase recently, but it's still very reasonable for what you get.
Pizza here tastes really good and they are very consistent with the quality - they use conveyor ovens, but it has a deep dish taste & texture without being all bread and we love deep dish pizza.
We have gone here a few times and our last visit we finally tried out their lasagna and garlic toast - it wasn't our favorite, but if you prefer sweet tasting pasta sauce, then this is definitely something you should order, it just wasn't our thing. The garlic bread was pretty thin and not your typical garlic toast that you'd get at Panago or Boston Pizza - it was thinly sliced artisan bread.
Either way, we really love the pizza here, so we will be back the next time we don't feel...
Read moreThis place is really good for the price. It's a small place with a few tables and take out.
It's been very consistent, their conveyor oven system is dialed in.
The dough is really good with a crunchy bottom but the top isn't over cooked and the crust is what I prefer, its not too big so the last bites are a good mix of topping cheese and crust.
The toppings a bit less than other places, but its reflective of the really low prices, Get extra toppings.
Smalls for like $10 for a shahi paneer or $8 something for a Hawaiian.
They also in the afternoon have some 2.50 slices for sale (just standard pepperoni or veg or cheese) but they sell out quickly of slices FAST.
I haven't had anything that's blown me away, but that good dough, crust and the business model keep me coming back.
A lot of the other pizza places are inconsistent around here...
