I was trying to order online to avail their promo 555 and it says buy a regular price medium or large pizza and you will get 3 medium with 2 toppings for $5 each! Okay, here's my dilemma...I started ordering 1 large pepperoni for $18.99 + 1 topping of pepperoni add $2.95 My 1st medium pizza, i selected Supreme lovers for $5 plus $2 on their menu. My 2nd medium pizza, I picked Meat Lovers for $5 + $2. 3rd pizza i choose "make my own" so I don't have to add another $2.... I chose medium pan with pesto sauce and grilled chicken for a regular price as advertised as $5 ( but literally it says 2 toppings but online they will charge another $2.95+ for extra toppings) To make it short, I ended having just one toppings on my last pizza order!!!
When I am about to check out, it kept saying that my 2nd pizza has to be lesser price than the 1st one, so I ended changing into one topping! It's driving me crazy that I had switched it up and still wants me to change my order to one topping again!!! As I already did !!!!!!
So the bottom line is their $5 promo includes ONE topping only! And it is still won't allow me to check out until I order less than $5??? Should I be ordering just the pizza dough ??? (with gentle sarcasmš¤£š¤£š¤£)

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI really don't understand how they can put in the wrong order after confirming me over 3 times. I asked for traditional wings, and I kept emphasizing the traditional wings. In the end, I got boneless. Also, I ordered a promo item, and they end up not putting it in either, but whatever it's 50cents different. Now I am calling it an hour later. After I placed the order, they put me on hold for over 20mins. Telling me can I put you on hold?, then instantly puts me on hold before I can even reply. Now, 20 minutes later, I'm still on hold. The services here is on another level.
Edit: After on hold for 30 minutes, I decided to come to the store and retried calling. This new person (Aman) is really helpful. I guess they had a shift change and honestly redeemed this shop for me. They offer to make me a new batch of traditional.
