I work in the service industry and I am always comparing places to other places and what stands out for me is the service I am given first and foremost, then the taste/quality of the food. I remember a friend telling me that Pizza Hut has this $8 medium 2 topping pizza deal. I called Pizza Hut and ordered a ham and pineapple pizza. I asked him how much is that for a large and how much would that be for a medium. His response was an abrupt, “you want a large?”, I asked him again that I wanted to know how much the price was for the two. He answered with how much a large was and said no more. I had to ask him again how much is a medium. He replied with how much it is. I ordered the medium and let him know which location I would be picking it up from. After the phone call ended, I couldn’t help but find the operator at the call centre so incredibly rude. I was less than 3 minutes away from the Pizza Hut when I ended the call so I went in and asked the cashier I thought there was an $8 Special on a 2 topping medium. She answered that it was an online deal but you have to order 2 medium pizzas to get that price. I let her know that I had just placed an order for pick up and would like to cancel it. She did so with no hesitation. She then went to recommend the walk in Special they have and I told her I didn’t like the rectangular type. She then asked if I would like to order a large pizza and the next pizza would be $5. I said I think that would be too much pizza as it was just for me and my 11 year old daughter. She then recommended that I go online and order the 2 mediums for $8 each as that would be more suitable for us. I did so and she said it’s a real busy night so it would be about 25-30 minute wait. I was ok with that and waited in my car. Around the 20 minute mark I just finished cleaning my car of junk and went to dispose it in the trash in front of their store. As I was waiting outside I noticed the delivery driver pull up and park. He got out and made eye contact with me and greeted me with a smile. I acknowledged him back. As I was walking back to my car I hear someone calling my name. It’s the cashier, she comes out of the restaurant and walks at least 10-15 paces from the restaurant door to hand me my 2 pizzas, mind you it’s a very cold chilly nite. I have to give them their props on their exceptional level of customer service. This is the first time I have been to this location but it will definitely...
Read moreFew days ago, my friend and I ordered Pizza from here and the employee named like "Rouisin" working at the front treated with me very aggressively. My order was ready but he made me wait for long time and when he handed me order, It was more like throwing stuff. I way just saying how much time it will take to ready my food, but he started behaving rude and aggressive. And when i left the store with my order, he started backbiting about me with other customer. I don't want to go personal, maybe he is dealing with problems and traumas but this is not the way you should behave with customer. You should separate your personal and professional life. I'm also in business, I do meet hard customers everyday, but how to manage the situation is in our hands. My advise to that employee is first learn "customer...
Read moreI just went here on my lunch break. I ordered a personalize size pizza. The gentleman on the phone asked me if I wanted a pop and I said no thanks. When I got there I saw a big sign advertising the personalize size pizza and pop for the exact price I was paying for just the personal pizza. So even though I was not getting a pop I was still being charged as if I had a pop. I went and grabbed a pop and the guy rung me up on his cash register. I mentioned to him that I decided to get a pop too. He then snarked at me and said in a degrading tone " You said on the phone you did not want one". Overall, that is not a way a employee should ever speak to a customer. Even though this location is the closest to my work and home I will drive further to...
