Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Surrey

I came with my parents and my aunt it was her first time she was very excited because Popeyes is her favourite fast food place anyways we came around 7-730pm and ordered 8pc meal along with a 2pc meal on the side and I specifically told the girl pack the 2 pc meal separate and she didn’t do it I ordered all thighs and wings but for the 2pc I ordered 1breast 1wing and when my order came up they didn’t give me the breast when I told the girl who packed it she was arguing with me saying I packed it then what she did was she took the tongs and came to check the chicken to see if the breast was there she was assuming that I’m lying and I asked her to put extra gravy in the mash potatoes and she didn’t I don’t know her name but she has a bad attitude and when she came to check for the chicken that was very very disrespectful please don’t keep people like her she was fair and she was...

Incident of Discrimination

I visited the store to dine with my parents. My father went to the counter to place our order; however, he is not very fluent in English. When he asked a question in Hindi, the staff member at the counter responded very rudely, behaving as if she did not understand Hindi — despite the fact that all the employees appeared to be of Indian origin. She told him in a harsh tone that they “only speak English” and that she could only assist if he spoke English.

This kind of attitude is completely unacceptable.

Later, I observed that the staff were freely conversing among themselves in Punjabi/Hindi language, which made the earlier behavior even more disappointing.

I would like to ask: how would you feel if your own parents were treated this way?

Always respect/help old people!!!!!!!!
