Purdys Chocolatier — Restaurant in Surrey

The other day I walked into Purdy's and I saw one of the employees massaging a customer who looked VERY uncomfortable, another employee came out of the back rooms and I asked her if the manager was in. She pointed over to the lady that was giving the customer the massage. I absolutely could not believe what I was seeing, and I believe this is totally unacceptable and unprofessional- it made me not want to come back to this location ever again. I cannot believe that this type of unappropriate behaviour is being tolerated in a workplace, let alone coming from a manager, who should be regulating...

I recently went to this purdys location and dealt with such rude customer service from one of the older associates. I wrote a complaint to purdys but have yet to hear back. There was no rope line to indicate where to line up and the associate got irritated with us for lining up in front of her instead of behind her and when it was out turn to pay she said " you want me to wait on you or what? Very rude. I was taken back. Considering we were spending close to 80$ on chocolates would a hi can I help you be so much to ask. I love purdys chocolate but this location sucks. The chocolate is always STALE, especially the individual pieces. So aggravating, because it's not exactly cheap. Also there has been several times I've gone there and the women working behind the counter straight up ignore me and continue chatting with each other. A couple of them also have a very stuck up attitude. It's the older women working there (would guess between 50-60 years old) that really dampen the experience. Would recommend going to...
