Quesada Burritos & Tacos — Restaurant in Surrey

Hugely disappointed by the last few times here. When this location opened up a few months ago, it was great. Huge portions, fresh healthy and tasty food. great value and good service. I became a regular and would eat there maybe once every two weeks, and in the last month or so have seen quality, portions and service fall dramatically. Top that off with now charging for additional things they haven’t charged for before (roasted veggies, and guacamole on a veggie burrito for example) has made me reconsider my patronage. The last visit I ordered a burrito, which they grill in a press style griller. as the young lady was grilling the burrito she was fiddling with it strangely and scraping around it as it was sizzling away. I asked if there was something wrong, she mentioned that she was just making sure it didn’t stick. Ok, cool, whatever. I took it and left to eat at home, opened it up and find that the burrito was split in the middle and had spilled out a bunch of sauce etc which had burned into black charred bits which had now been spread around the entire outside of the burrito like bitter carcinogenic sprinkles. Obviously it split while she was grilling it, and instead of fixing it, she just hid that fact from me and wrapped it up and served me a burnt mess....

Very poor customer service. I ordered a burrito and a bowl, and staff wouldnt take my second order until I finished making the burrito. Instead, the girl rolled her eyes and told me to go along the line. I’ve also worked in fast food and you always take the full order of the first customer before taking on another customer. On top of that, I asked for bigger sauce to go (4 oz) but was given a smaller size of it. Unfortunately I didn’t get the girls name but this place needs to work on their customer service. A smile to a customer can go a long way. This experience was quite frustrating because the customer who came after me paid before I did. It was ridiculous. I don’t ever plan on returning back to this place as I’ve encountered poor customer service every time and this was the end of it. The staff needs to take customer service training. If I could give a zero star I totally would. Very bad experience...

The absolute worst customer service at this location is from the girl named Riya.

This is my second experience with the same employee.

First time, she refused to give me a paper bag even after paying for it on the app (25 cents). When I asked her what was the 25 cents charge for, she shamelessly replied that it is for the tiny bag that Churros comes in with a smirk on the face.

Second time I come here, she starts the conversation again by asking "Do you want extra bag this time ?" I said no an proceeded to order, She puts tiniest amount of sauce in the taco, when I asked for more, she says it's extra charge for sauce ! I mean common at this point she is just trying to be nuisance to the customers as she thinks working at Quesada gives her some sort of power over the customers.

Owner of this location should do something about this. I will avoid this store until this girl keeps...
