Cold Burger, Dirty Tables and Floors and Confused Young Staff
What a disappointing experience. Shortly after I made my order at 1230 pm I sensed things are not right. It appeared that 2 staff were trying to balance my order with two others. Not a big deal but I watched in dismay as staff filled orders into paper bags only to take it out again and again and put portions into different bags plus just left burgers and fryâs sitting on the edge of the counter for 5 to 10 minutes or so.
After a long wait we finally got our order. We searched for a clean table and could not find one so we used napkins to clean up left over food on a table. The floors also had very noticeable left over food around the more popular tables.
When we received our order, two bacon cheeseburgers, we were at a loss to understand that after a long wait one burger was cool to the tough and not even warm, and the other barely warm. The actual beef burger patty and bacon was cold. The cheese did not even melt. I took my burger back and got one that was only a bit warmer. I was most disappointed that the lady working the till when I placed my order suddenly could not understand English when I had a complaint. I am amazed at how often this happens.
I understand this is a fast food place, but a cold burger, after a long wait, and a replacement burger that tasted like a microwaved heated version of the original burger is not acceptable . Dirty tables and floors is just so wrong.
Another customer approached me after my complaint and told me of similar nightmare stories that she has had at this Wendyâs location, especially the drive through.
If I could rate this as a zero, I would.

   Read moreThis is by far the most frustrating interaction Iâve had with this location! I am a skip the dishes driver, this location parks me for 10 minutes, serves 4 more drive thorough customers & another skip driver! I go into the store ask to speak to the manager (she was rude so I was rude in return) I tried to explain that I am here at this location as a extension of the person who ordered the food and should be treated as such, weather or not Iâm the one who paid for the food! I said I do not appreciate being parked for 10 minutes well you serve other customers and make their food right away! She said just get out of the store and said she was calling the police, I said no worries Iâll grab the drink you already gave me and give it back! How can you even think that at some point after repeatedly doing this to a skip driver that he wasnât going to call you out on it! Very disappointed in this location.... Iâm sure this will lead no where but if the owner would like to discuss this Iâd be more than willing to come in and speak to them!
I have informed skip the dishes of this incident and asked them to reach out to the store as well!

   Read moreUpdate: received a call from manager who was very apologetic and accomodating. Aparently even with skip the dishes, restaurant is responsible for the orders. Thank you to the manager for the call and rectifying the situation.
Went drive through last weekend - aparently asking for chili and u willget fries. As someone who is allergic to potatoes - thank you wendys for trying to kill me!!! Today ordered through skip the dishes - aparently they cant get the order correct either. Half the order is missing and what arrived was only enought for 1, good thing we are a family of 3 and its enough!
In case you dont realize, i spoke mostly sarcasm. Its sad that no matter what you cannot get an order right. This is not India, consumers in Canada like getting what they paid for. Giving us wrong items or not given them at all is called theft...not mentioning possible death due to allergies as you put everything in one bag and it all gets contaminated. But hey, good thing you dont need serve it right or any kind of health courses to serve...
