Wendy's — Restaurant in Surrey

Came in here the other day with the lads after a swim and I have to say I was disappointed. I got my usual Baconator with a drink and boy did it suck. To start off, I'm not one to check the amount when I pay for things (I'm not rich like that, I just don't care). My order came with fries which I did not order and I know damn well I paid for them. I wasn't heartbroken about this as I was hungry, but still annoying to some degree. Instead of my usual soft drink choice I decided to switch it up and try this new Fanta fizz drink which they were clearly pushing on customers. I fell for the trap and was met with this overly sweet melted creamcicle of a drink. I'm sure thats what they were going for, but Wendy's missed the mark big time on this item. Now into the burger; it was ok I guess. The patties were a little dry and I wish there was more sauce. The food was bad to say the least and the service wasn't helping it. Not only did they give me fries that I didn't order, they didn't call me by my name when handing me the order. Whats the point of taking my name when I order if your just gonna shout "Hey" at me when the order is complete. I normally wouldn't care about this, but I gave the lady working there a fake name so it would have been really funny if she called it out. Childish, I know, but I'm young and I like life so these things matter to me. Im holding back on the one star review cause it wasn't the worst experience I could have had, but it definitely left me with a sour taste in my mouth...

Just had an awful experience while coming through the drive thru with the family. A total waste of time and money coming here. The person who was working the drive thru was very rude and unprofessional, they couldn’t get the order right and when we advised them that it was wrong, they basically threw the food at my sister who was in the driver seat . The drive thru worker had real bad attitude and was very disrespectful and arrogant and just walked away after. I’m left flabbergasted at this , this person shouldn’t be working in customer service at all like if their like this . A simple talking to isn’t enough . We came home and took a look at the food and it was cold and completely inedible and we just tossed it out not even the family dog was disgusted by it, I highly recommend you avoid this Wendy’s to anyone who has a craving for a burger or go somewhere else. Tried to call to complain about this horrendous experience and what do you except no one answers there phone. I’m gonna keep calling until I speak to a proper manager or the owner of this establishment, cause in all honesty I’m quite furious about all this B.S . Id give this...

I've eaten at Wendy's a lot in my lifetime considering I worked for the company for 3 years when I was younger. I've eaten at this Wendy's over 20 times and I can, without a shadow of a doubt, this is the worst Wendy's I've been to. They are continually forgetting items in drive-thru and in store and have very poor order accuracy. Want to put something extra on your burger or change an item you ordered? FORGET ABOUT IT.

I emailed corporate about this store because I have had so much trouble. Corporate never got back to me. I guess they don't even care. This store is a mess. Don't go to it. I promise you will be disappointed.

Update July 15, 2016: Decided to give it another try. Big mistake. Had to say my order 3 times in drive thru. They tried to charge me more because there was an extra item on it. I get my order and the burger is made wrong. I go in and complain. I come back out and check the rest of my order. I have more food than I ordered. This Wendy's is the worst Wendy's I've been to and CONTINUES TO BE THE WORST. Contender for worst...
