The owner or senior manager should read this. We had a horrible experience and what seemed like pure discrimination yesterday morning around 1030am. We placed our order in the drive thru. When we got to the 1st window the young man working was clearly having trouble understanding what we wanted due to language barriers, but after 3 times of telling him, it seemed he understood, so my elderly Mom, who was driving, gave the young man the money for the order and a $5 tip, because he was definitely trying. We arrive at the 2nd window and that's when the trouble started. The woman who greeted us was nothing short of mean to my Mom when we asked for the 2nd orange juice we ordered. We explained that the young man had misunderstood our order and told her what we had wanted. She says...well you didn't pay for it, aggressively showing us the receipt. We ask again for what we want and again she says, well you'll have to pay for it, in a very rude way as if we were trying not to pay. We agreed to pay of course. She gave my Mom the juice, but not the hashbrown, so I tell the woman that my mom gave a 5 dollar tip for this terrible service and she ignored me. We were wearing masks. My mom is going through chemotherapy. I'm immune compromised and there was clear discrimination from this staff member because of it. She should not be dealing with the public. We left feeling awful and in tears. Nothing short of an apology will fix this. All this to get a rare...
Read moreSo placed a Mc Delivery order for a ten piece meal and received only the pop and fries no nuggets. Called spoke with manager and was told they would put my name in the book for a free meal next visit so a week or so goes by and I go in and ask for the 10 piece nugget meal. I get the bag just see a box in the bottom next to the fries so figured good to go when I get home itâs not 10 nuggets but six. I call again and was told stop by and again I would get a free meal for my troubles. When I arrive the person waiting on me says they do see the meal scratched out but not a new one written I so she says I will give you the nuggets but that is it. When I pull up the girl goes to hand me the meal and the other girl hollers to it give me the pop lol so they probably just threw it away makes no sense but the moral of this story is they need some employees that can get an order right and quit making it the customers fault. To add to the story they originally tried to blame the missing nuggets in the delivery driver. Ya they unsealed the bag and removed the nuggets then revealed it. Come on do better itâs not rocket science itâs a matter of reading the slip and putting what it says in the bag. The worst service ever from a McDonalds!! Need better...
Read moreMcDonalds pushes using the app to order ahead. It's supposed to make it more efficient. Sometimes I end up having to get one or more of my kids fast-food because we're running between various events - and I'll get them to use my phone and pre-order via the app as we head towards McDonalds. We get there, pull into the curb-side pickup spot and press the button in the app to tell it we're here now. Then, quite often we end up waiting 10-15 minutes for our food to come out. And this is just to get a couple McNugget meals - nothing customized or complicated. It's ridiculous that the app is pushed as a time-saver, and yet has almost made us late to several things. I've never had this issue at other...
