Presotea — Restaurant in Tecumseh

To whom it may concern,

I’m writing to share an unfortunate experience I had at one of your locations, which has left me extremely disappointed. I’ve been a loyal customer of Presto Tea for over three years, visiting two to three times a week without issue—until now.

On my most recent visit around 9:30 PM (well before the posted closing time of 10 PM), I came in with a friend to order drinks. When we asked to use the restroom, we were told it was closed. I asked why, given that the store was still open, and the employee’s response was shockingly inappropriate—telling me to “pee on the floor.” I was stunned by the lack of professionalism.

On a subsequent visit, I overheard a customer say I was banned from the location. When I asked to speak with a manager or someone from head office, the manager got on the phone, cut me off repeatedly, and accused me of yelling at employees—something that simply did not happen. While my friend did express frustration about the employee’s attitude, at no point did we behave inappropriately or aggressively.

Despite all of this, we were still served our drinks, which only added to the confusion. My kids were with me during the incident, and it was upsetting for them to witness. I was also shocked when staff threatened to call the police over what should have been a simple customer service matter.

It’s truly unfortunate to write this, because I’ve always enjoyed Presto Tea and have recommended it to many others. But based on this experience, I will not be returning to that location again.

I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as no customer should be treated this way—especially someone who has supported your business so...

I came in to use the 10% coupon for back to school that was running from the 3rd to the 9th of September.. Mind you it's September 5th while I'm writing this. Both on Presotea Canada's instagram and the presotea Canada app state that this deal is valid with a student ID, and is running in ALL Quebec, Ontario and Nova Scotia stores and locations for IN STORE & SELF SERVICE KIOSKS ONLY... Not only does this store not have anything posted anywhere regarding them not honouring the deal but also the staff stated it was for online orders only.. Seriously? If you're not going to honour the deal, make it evident to the customers AND please check that you're sharing the right info. I'm always going to take the word directly from the company over the words of staff who don't care about their service. Do better. Especially for the price people are...

Been here for some time now. A variety of different styles of teas or coffees and other drinks with or without any jellies, bubbles, pudding or popping bobas. Can be made with or without sugar or ice. Has warm options too. They offer smoothies. The mango smoothies comes with chunks of real mangoes. They sell the mangoes by the box (at this location, not sure about the other ones). Mochi donuts in whatever flavour they have available and when it was available, not sure if they are still selling it. I tried it before and it was pretty good. Sweet, puffy and soft. They have an app and you can pre-order it for pick up. They offer points for free drinks and specials. Dining in and outside is available. Parking is no problem. Plenty since it's located in a busy business area. The drinks are good and some are only available during prime seasons...
