Notre-Boeuf-de-Grâce — Restaurant in Terrebonne

Went to notre -boeuf - de - grace for the first time last saturday. Order was for take out. Servers were friendly and very helpful. Upon return home I noticed I was missing one of the sides(not a really big deal), but the food made up for. Burgers were juicy and cooked perfectly. The sides were amazing as well. My whole family loved it. Fast forward to next Saturday, I go for take out once again and the server remembered me and asked me how the meal was the week before. I explained it was fantastic but that one of the sides was missing. They apologized and corrected the situation without hesitation. 4.5 STARS - My husband and I decided to try this restaurant because it was close to our hotel and we love a good burger and beer.

The setting is cool, the service (Dani V) was friendly and quick but it’s the burgers that will bring us back. They were phenomenal. We started with the deep-fried cheese curds (very tasty if a bit pricey) followed by the Immaculate Conception (complete with a fried egg on top) for my husband and a Swiss burger with poutine for me.

We loved that they could cook the burgers with the centres pink (due to the fact that they grind their own burger meat). Makes such a difference not to have over cooked meat.

The food and service was great. The timeframe from the moment we were seated to getting the check and pay for it was timely. As far as the customer service goes, our waitress was very professional and courteous. The remainder of the staff was just was good with details such as removing empty plates and glasses off our table without making us feel rushed or anything like that....
