Unhappy costumer service. Went to drive through to get each of my children a bagel/butter. Drive through was very long...say at least 20 minutes. Finally to be told at the pickup/pay counter that there was only 1 bagel left. I would have appreciated to be told when ordering that there was no bagels left instead of waiting with two young children in the car. I asked the young man working to at least give me the bagel for free for the trouble and he didn't want. Is a $3 bagel worth more than client satisfaction? When I do a mistake at work, I give my clients gift cards for the trouble! This was unacceptable...besides that another employee who it wasn't her business go also got involved at the pickup/ pay counter. I left with nothing.
