(update Aug 2025: I moved wayyy up north side, tried a bunch other shops, but I must say, this shop is STILL best tasting ramen in the city. consistently amazing I still always order here even though I am located far away now. I used to always get shoyu ramen, but lately I've been ordering a lot more miso / tonkotsu, they are so freakin delicious, doesn't compare with other shops. it's crazy how good their ramen tastes every single time they do not miss detail. everything is just perfection)

We ordered the rainbow roll, phoenix roll (cream cheese, mango slices, and smoked salmon), Yuki roll (not pictured), and pork curry with udon.

The Rainbow and the Yuki were okay. Nothing too impressive. Rice tasted fresh. Had to ask for wasabi and ginger as they didn't provide it.

I didn't like the Phoenix roll at all. Too much artificial mango syrup. Tasted too sweet like a dessert or bubbletea. The mango itself was pale yellow and wasn't too sweet but I think they put too much syrup. I would've preferred no syrup at all. It just didn't taste right.

The pork katsu in curry was small in size. The slices seemed too skinny. The curry itself was bland. I don't know if the flavor got absorbed by the potatoes and carrots or what, but the curry itself was bland...
