20th Aug, approximately 11.45 am. I went to the drive through across the road, apparently this store manages both operations. The WORST customer service I have experienced in a long time. Pulled up to the display to order and a lady said ' sorry I'll be back '. No issues, I waited. 2 minutes later she comes back and asks for the order, I ordered a sandwich and she cut me off saying no food. I asked her if anything in breakfast was available - dry response again - ' no food, sorry '. Again, I said why don't you guys post a sign out saying you are out and again, like a robot , she responded - no food, sorry. So now am annoyed. Waited for the people in front of me to get their order for 7 minutes. Pulled up to the window and tried to talk to the lady, she refuses to open the window and then just turned her back on me and started talking to her colleague. Now this was the pits, walked into the store and asked for a manager , the guy ( one of 2 employees ) said no one here, you can go to the store across the street. I told him my concern , he said they are sorry but it's not that there is no food, they are short staffed and unable to cope up with food orders. I said that's fine, things happen operationally but it's how you handle it that really matters. Told him how the lady behaved at which point she walked up to me looking very pissed! Outrageous really. He had to intervene and told her he will handle it( you can check on your cams if you have any working ). The guys name was yuvi, he refused to tell me the managers name that I should talk to and said it's not their fault, they have been begging for help but were told to manage. They also told them people are waiting and apparently the managers response was - let them wait ! Yuvi was nice enough to offer to make me the sandwiches , which I regret agreeing to as they were absolute garbage, I saw him put it together and throw them in the microwave to heat. Who puts crispy chicken and bread in a microwave?! Management - you are killing your staff here, this is on YOU ! I would never come back to this branch again. And people like the lady on the till need a refresher on customer services. They do not belong on the front lines if they are unable to communicate...
Read moreOh my goodness. I AM NEVER COMING BACK HERE. Our table was not clean. When we went to order, We got some peach quenchers and some donuts. The donuts were fine but we wanted a separate bag for each donuts because I was with my sister, and two of my friends. Yet they still charged us. We asked if they have different quenchers but the staff were not being clear. They were saying other things. Finally when we proceeded to check the menu there were other ones. Things completely different than what the staff were saying. We then decided to stick with peach. My sister did not want ice in hers. We made it very clear yet still all of the quenchers had no ice. Then we simply asked for ice in the quenchers but they just gave us 2 cups of ice. So lazy. I went to use the bathroom and it was dirty there were only 2 stalls so I had to wait. When I went in the stall, instead of toilet paper there was kleenex. KLEENEX. And to top it off the staff were constantly staring at us and making us feel self conscious. The two people who helped us also keep whispering to each other and then looking at us like they were talking about us. Then about 1 day later we came back but went thru the drive thru. I was just me and my friends and we ordered 3 hot chocolates all with whipped cream. Only one of them had whipped cream though. That was not that big of a problem. But then when we opened the lid to let it cool off, there was a layer of oil in the hot chocolate. Cooking oil. COOKING OIL. This is very disappointing. I went to one of your Branch location 2309 Rabbit Hill Road NW Edmonton at around 3:59pm today Sept 12, 2024,
I went to the Drive Thru and ordered 2 Plain Bagel, 2 Cinnamon Raisin, 1 Chicken Parmesan Flatbread, Large Chicken Noodle, and 20 pcs Chocolate Timbits. I asked the Order Taker how much is the total amount because I need to consume $30.00 worth. She got pissed and said " I said your total is........ with a fiercely voice. Is it my fault that I did not hear the total and Drive Thru screen doesn't show the order and the amount? Tell your staff to make sure that we can hear and understand what they are saying most especially if the order screen doesn't show my order and my total.
When I got to the window, The crew said they only have 10 chocolate timbits left, and so in that case I need to add order because I need to make sure that the other kid has food to eat. But this lady name SUMANDEEP rushed to me and looked irritated saying " YOU CANNOT MAKE ADDITIONAL ORDER HERE!! Is it my fault that you don't have the 20 pcs chocolate timbits ??? Is it my Fault that you don't have Chocolate Timbits at 3:59pm in the afternoon, considering it is a known products of Tim Hortons?? And now you don't want me to order additional item? If you don't want additional sale, fine, but you have to be nice and considerate to your customer knowing the reason why I end up adding order.
