Oodle Noodle — Restaurant in Terwillegar Heights

Had lunch there yesterday with family. Our first time at this restaurant chain. Ordered the pad thai noodles and beef combo noodles. Very generous amount of noodles with a good variety of meat and vegetables. Not authentic pad thai but some descriptions for this restaurant chain do say Asian fusion. We found the food to be on the salty side. The protein in the pad thai was salty but it was balanced by the noodles and crispy vegetables (which included broccoli & cabbage, no peanuts). The combo noodles were saucier and the sauce was way too salty. My kids had difficulty eating the salty noodles. The place looked tidy and not dirty. Good value and nutritious dishes. Could be better if they use less salt. Please use less salt!

Kids tried to eat leftover noodles tonight and still said they were too salty.

They have daily specials. So today was Premium Saturday. Buy one and get second half off so...

Been here for the first time. Wanting to try the vietnamese salad roll but the guy (looks like an indian guy) in the counter that took my order saying that they dont have any. What the hell! Its just 7pm only and they will close at 10pm. I ask the guy in the back (looks like a filipino guy) whose doing the work in wok pan telling us that it is still available its just because the guy who took my order (the indian guy) dont want to make some because he's talking to someone on the phone doing video calling to someone. How come they dont have anything at this early time. Wondering if the owner of this store knows about what their staff are doing and allowing this. Refusing to the customer at early time, like he don't want to sell anything and refusing to the sales of...

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience of customer service particularly at this location of Oodle noodle. DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION if you want to end up making your day dreadful!!!

Firstly, its about the staff (named keyur) then food. Teach your staff at least how to handle a customer with bad experience at your store instead of shouting on them. I paid the full amount for which I didn’t even ordered and end up throwing it in the garbage. Definitely not gonna visit this store in future and stop others too. If someone really wants to try better go to the ellerslie location(polite and helpful staff). I am not here for any compensation or reward back. And no wonder why this location has very LOW RATING mainly because of their staff’s...
