Taco Bell — Restaurant in Terwillegar Heights

Poor customer service and a faulty phone number. I pulled up to the drive-through to pick up for myself and my family 10 tacos on Tuesday. I asked specifically if they were two dollar tacos and I was told yes. It is just a speaker and no screen to offer a total and the amount was not told to me because 10×2 is obvious anyway. I put in my order and pulled up to the window and was told that the machine was not working so that I would have to come in to use another machine or hand my phone over to scan a nearby machine or pay cash. I handed my phone over and watched him scan For the order. After I was charged and given my bag which I was automatically charged for, even though I had brought my own bag I noticed that I was charged an extra six dollars for the 10 tacos which should’ve only been $20. I asked the fellow at the window About that and he told me that two dollar tacos were only five per order. I told him that he should’ve told me that because I would’ve looped around and just driven through again for a second order. He simply shrugged his shoulders and said I guess you can do that next time… Quite a little scam. When I got home, I called the number given on Google and no one picks up and the answering service simply says to leave a message, but does not even say that it is a Taco Bell at all... I called another nearby location and they picked up at that location right away and their policy is only three tacos per order, but you can drive through the drive-through as many times as you want or you can walk up to the counter And do as many separate orders as you want… Stupid! he did say that customers would be told that when ordering and that they have a screen that shows the total. They did not do this at the location on the south side of 23rd Ave. just west of rabbit Hill Road… I’ll stick with taco time from now on. They honor two dollar tacos on Tuesday, as many as you want and they will even deliver for free through their app. Plus, their tacos include diced tomatoes, and are a better value. If anyone from this location, contacts me to rectify this, I will change the rating. I will update my comments. If you don’t see an update, rest assured, they don’t care about scamming...

It’s hit or miss - been coming here for years - today is another miss - long waits - over 25 minutes for white meat - skip the dishes orders backed up - I’ve eaten my fries I asked for first while waiting and so hungry - I’ve slowly finished my cheese fries and told it’s another 13 minutes for the white meat I’m waiting on - I tried buying a meal with a drink and it always comes to about 11$ today the fella couldn’t get the price under 15$ that’s just way too much for 2 pieces of chicken and cheese fries so instead I ordered cheese fries and one piece of chicken no drink - for 7.89$ It’s very frustrating when most experiences here are similar - I loathe giving crummy reviews and it’s taken 4 years to finally leave one and todays the day lol They’ve had a good 30 cars through drive thru since sitting here … I don’t get why the long waits and lack of consistency in service or food 3/4 times - after a 30 minute wait I got my money back and left and went to Mary browns and got a real breast piece that’s bigger than my hand for the same price! Second time ordering from this place in a week on skip the dishes. First order of the week I ordered Taco Bell. Got KFC. My order was completely wrong. My dog ended up getting the food as I don’t like KFC. Today I ordered and had the main item of my meal missing. I am so disappointed in this location. I know mistakes happen but this isn’t the only two times it has happened at this location. And twice in a row? Like come on! I am not getting this food for free. Staff there need to double or triple check what they pack. Also my fries supreme hardly had any toppings on it. Three small squares of tomatoes. A teaspoon of beef and sour cream.
