Customer service - 5 stars as girl who helped us was really good. The reason for 2 stars is quality. I ordered my usual - maple walnut and I always add walnuts and almonds in topping which she did but walnuts tasted as old walnuts and I don’t wanna call myself a pro at knowing nuts but seriously those nuts taste like they have been sitting there all winter. You can feel it’s old as walnut oil is released very intensely. I feel they need to put some tags with expiry date which customers can see. Icecream quality was good but lately I feel it’s getting more and more sweeter. So next time I am sorry I won’t give my business to this location. I have tasted same flovour in different cities across Canada and they all taste good but just not this place. Also price hike.. don’t wanna write another paragraph on it. It’s too much. I highly recommend buying the brand Desi-licious. I found from Chalo fresco on 17 street. The taste of that icecream is amazing. Way better than marble slab- in price...

I went to this location yesterday and asked for a Banana Nutella ice cream and wanted to mix waffle pieces, graham crackers and almonds in it. The lady making my order put in walnuts instead. When I asked her did you put almonds in my ice cream? She goes yes, it’s almonds. And then I asked are you sure, she glanced at the jar and goes oh I’ll make you another one. It was closing time so I let it be. But I don’t think I’m going back again to this location. Nothing against the employee, mistakes happen - but it just wasn’t fair to tell me it was almonds when it wasn’t actually almonds she put into...

Bought three litres of ice cream because I saw an ad for buy two get one free with Rocky road being in the ad, it looked amazing . So I order reese and birthday cake, oreo and birthday cake and Rocky road. I'll post pictures for you to see why one star. Biggest waste of money paid pretty much 26 dollars for vanilla ice cream and chocolate. There were maybe four marshmallows in the entire Rocky road and maybe four Oreos in all for the other. We obviously ate it because we paid a ton for it but wow what a waste of money especially when we are trying to spend money at places during this...
