Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in The Meadows

We ordered pizza half and half today. It was very bad pizza today and fews weeks ago pizza was not good he missed topping banana pepper and we called to store and he agreed his mistake and gave discount next time. Today we ordered and pizza was so dry dough was slapped 3-4 hours.cheese was less too.I just ate two bites and garbage whole pizza. And I called store and I told my situation to store supervisor and he said that we always complain for no reason.He said I will transfer your no to the owners and owner will contact you. Then owner called me they started argument. She said on Tuesday there is 50 percent deal already we have to manage the food cost. However we don’t expect after papa johns standard.atleast we should get whatever is real standard of Papa Johns pizza.we don’t have any intentions to get free pizza at all. We just wanted to correct it that’s it. Owner did argument with me. I told owner I have to complaint on google but she said are you threatening me this way. There was so bad experience. We will not order any pizza from this store.I don’t want to defame anybody.but if I pay money there should be value of money and food should be according to papà johns...

This location is under brand new ownership, had zero issues with the previous owner, met him along with the staff, they were great, frequented this location when I could.

According to the new owner, they are struggling to be profitable, a detail he relayed to me in our first meeting... Ok, I understand.

Since that meeting I have had nothing but grief from the staff here to the point where one of the Workers needed to see "How I was ordering my items" asked to see my ID and then banned me from ever coming back to this location which is laughable since the next Papa Johns is like a 2 minute drive away, you really got me... I still don't understand what the issue was, just some rambling screaming guy and I just don't care, I'll take my business elsewhere.

Professionalism is something I value highly and as far as I am concerned this location has rightly earned of the very few 1 star reviews I have ever given out. If this location falls under new ownership, I hope the new owner decides to reach out so I can fix...

Ordered Cheesesticks. Asked for 1 extra pizza sauce and I paid for it. I even called the store to confirm my order and even confirmed that I ordered another Pizza sauce and paid for it. The lady on the phone said yes you did and I will make sure you get it. Then I receive my order which was left on the porch in a -22 temp (no door bell no knock). Then I open the box and only has 1 sauce even though - I ordered an extra one and paid for it. When I called the store, the lady kept arguing with me that she put 2 in there. I told her I only see 1 here in this box. Would you like me to send you a picture. Then she said no no that’s fine but I did put 2 - then she puts me on hold but I can hear her talking to a coworker on how many he put and he said just 1. I honestly can’t believe that these guys aren’t trained to trust the guest who is going out of their way to call you and let you know that they didn’t receive what they ordered. Someone should speak to them about...
