Buster's Pizza & Donair — Restaurant in The Palisades

If I could give a 0 start rating, I would. First of all, when calling this place, they don't answer their phones as a business would. All you get is a 'hello?' so you have to verify that you've called Busters. The guy I spoke to, placed my order, confirmed my address and phone number. Sounded like he was sleeping. I had to repeat my info to him several times. Who knows who I actually gave my info to. Freaky. Normally, when you order for delivery, they will give you an estimated time. I had to ask the guy; no big deal, but annoying. We wait an hour - the time that was given for delivery. No pizza. So we called. Well apparently, we're outside their delivery area. So we've been waiting for over an hour at this point, and we're not getting our order. Apparently, they phoned us back to tell us we're outside their area. Except I don't have any missed calls on my phone. Or voicemails. Or nothing. We called another place and ordered from a different pizza joint. Crappy crappy crappy crappy. The worst experience I've ever had. Anywhere. Ever. Don't order from these guys for delivery unless you live super close. Because they won't even tell you you're outside their zone. And they won't call you back but lie and...

Very, very! Poor service. I ordered a super donair with cheese and onion rings, the guy delivered it but his debit machine was having connection issues, so we tried it a few times until it said I had used my card to many times. Which was not my fault at all considering it was their machine that was acting up, so I offered to come into the store first thing tomorrow morning when they open. They were okay with that, but when I opened the food I took a bite and the donair wasnt even near luke warm. So I called busters pizza and told the guy "hey man I hate to even complain but this donair I just ordered, it's not very hot at all, it's not even luke warm man." But he got very defensive and said that he just made it and sent it out now, he then said first your card wasnt working, now your complaining about the food. Just keep it.

Ordered our pizza, and the person on the phone did not tell us the price, nor the waiting time. We waited an hour - still no pizza, so I called. The lady said the driver was on their way. Waited another half an hour more - still no pizza, call again. The lady said "hello", I stared talking, and it was clear she passed the phone on to someone else, who was quite rude with me. She told me it's not the drivers fault because of where I live, and I told her if it was any other pizza place I would have received the pizza within half an hour, she interrupted and said "listen!" and continued to be rude to me. So I told her that next time I will be ordering pizza some place else because not only did I have to wait a ridiculous amount of time before I actually got my pizza, but she was rude to her customers, and she responded with "that's your choice", and hung up.
