The Poutinator — Restaurant in Thunder Bay

Me and my sister made in order off skip assuming this was a a dedicated restaurant. I ordered the “rooster poutine” and it was fine. My sister on the other hand ordered the “pizza poutine” and the order was completely botched. The poutine only had gravy, cheese, and onions… THATS IT! For a large order that is 20+ dollars this is outrageous. She also had something else on the order that was removed and WE WHERE NEVER INFORMED!! After further investigation this seems to be a typical “ghost kitchen” and should be avoided at all costs! You can order from wackys and at least will get what you ordered. It shows the location on maps is in the A&W but their Facebook says otherwise. If this is A&W fries it’s hard to tell but it should not even be allowed on skip if it is… The portions are huge but if the order is wrong and pricy then...

Ordered Spicey veg and got veg poutine wrong item, order a pizza poutine and it had pineapple which wasn't on menu, but they forgot green peppers and bacon. The only item they got right was the regular poutine. Disappointed with order, will...

No value for time. They will make you wait a lot. Also skip orders? Even worse wait half an hour or more to be canceled...
