Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Tillsonburg

Due to Covid, there was only one cash register opened during this visit. The cashier that took my order on June 10th, 2020 between 1:20pm-1:40pm was extremely rude. She should not be on this job, but should probably work alone where she doesn't interact with people. In my 39 years living in Canada, never have I been treated the way she treated me. The service is average, but like so many others have pointed out; there's not exactly a lot of seating available. Plus I just don't think that a Tim Hortons really works for the Tillsonburg Town Centre mall in general. I work at Walmart as a Customer Experience Associate and every day there are either full, half-full, or empty Tim Hortons cups on the shelves because 99.9% of the customers that bring their coffee into the store have no idea of what the functionality is of a garbage can is. I was refused service here for requesting to speak my order unmasked so I could be heard. When trying to order unmasked I was cut off. The manager refused to allow it too. It seemed unreasonable since there was plexiglass between me and the masked servers-- thus reasonable protection. I kept my mask on at all other times, although my sister, for medical reasons, was unmasked. I believe in protection during this pandemic.
