The childcare center I work at ordered 12 pizzas from this location. We called a day before, told them we wanted them delivered by noon for a kids pizza party, we were told they could do it and everything was fine. The next day, we have all of our 65 children sitting at the lunch tables for noon and the pizza is no where to be found. We called 241 at 1215 and the man tells us that they were told they could deliver it anytime after noon so they were thinking 1230 (this was not the case, we asked for a delivery for noon as our children's nap times range from 12-3). The man then asks if we could wait another 30 minutes to which we replied no, we had children waiting, so they told us they would be there in 5 minutes (keep in mind this is at 1215). The pizza didn't show up until 1255... which is even longer then the original minutes they asked if they could have and also 25 minutes longer then the time THEY were originally going to deliver it. We ended up with children falling asleep at the table and us having no choice but to put them to bed. When the pizza finally arrived, the delivery driver is trying to rush US! And the pizzas were hot as if they just came out of the oven so they obviously didn't have anything ready for noon like we asked, possibly forgot about such a big order and was frantically trying to get the order ready. We have ordered from this location for YEARS and have never had this issue but only to find out that it is under new management. This is also obvious as the pizza isn't even as good anymore and they are cheap on the sauce and toppings. Read moreI ordered from this restaurant on Uber and did not get my order for more than an hour, when I tried calling the store first they didn't pickup. Then the owner of the store picked up and gave me the number of their outlet. When I called the store the employee working their told me that the order is ready but their delivery guys in not available at the moment and he'll reach the store in 5 mins. Then i didn't get any update for half an hour, when I call the owner from another number she picked up the call and said let me see what is going and when I was talking she hanged up the call on my face. After 5 mins she called me back and said that the order has been delivered to the residence of SENECA college and I told her that was not the delivery address it was another building which is far from the residence She told me that if you have order it from college that is where it is delivered. I order food almost every single day from college and it is delivered to the building specified in the address. She argued with me that this is where it get's delivered and it's my fault I didn't specify where to come which I did!! Worst customer service ever, rudest owner i have ever seen in my life, I was starving for 2 hours and then I had to cancel the order and get out of the college...

I was just stunned. It was my son’s 13th birthday, and he was so excited. The moment I got off the phone and told him, he started crying. I know it’s just food, and sure, maybe 80 wings sounds like a lot. But we had family over, cousins, friends; everyone was there to celebrate. We had planned around it. It wasn’t just wings; it was part of the whole experience for him.
The mood completely shifted. My family was disappointed. They tried to keep things upbeat, but it wasn’t the same. We had to scramble at the last minute to figure out what else to feed everyone. We eventually had to settle for Popeyes, but it wasnt the same. It felt like a big letdown on what was supposed to be a happy day.
