So I was in this location on the day the Big Crunch Sandwich was $2. Now the advertisement says 1 per customer. I guess the definition of customer ranges from person to person. Anyways, bought 1 Sandwich, 1 Sandwich Combo (couldnt get 2 sandwuches for myself and my son), 1 Popcorn Chicken combo and a medium coleslaw. Was $25 and the food wasnt the greatest. The Girl behind the counter was pleasant but it some customers were given more than 1 sandwich at $2 and some like myself had to pay full price. Management check your DSR and you will see I am correct. My kids love KFC, but myself for the price and quantity think I will spend my $$$ elsewhere. Was really disappointed to see how the server was discriminate on who paid more and who didn't. Not a good way to conduct business. Overall the location is clean, the interior is small and was really hot inside, the kitchen was pretty efficient so the food came out pretty quickly and the lady behind the counter was pretty pleasant although she tended to each customer differently. Read moreI ordered their Black Friday BOGO special, I ordered online from their website, I arrived there 10 mins after I placed the order, there was no server at the front counter, I wait 10 mins and the server came out slowly. I told her I had an online order to be picked up, she told me the chicken should be ready in 5 mins and went back to the kitchen, then I stand on the side and wait for almost half an hour, she came out again and told me that they didn’t prepare enough chicken, I had to wait another 10 mins(which i was assuming it may be longer). During this period a few other customers get their order real quick but they didn’t ordered the BOGO :P Because I had to go to work soon I had to cancel the order, then I was told the refund have to take a few business days. My thought is, since they participated in this promotion they should get enough goods ready while the business during opening. Read moreMy complaint is more for KFC customer service. Cyber Monday they had a bucket deal. I waited 3 hours for my bucket order. I figured they were really busy. I then called customer service and in the end they transferred me to this store. The man told me I had to reorder online because they never got the order. Due to high volume on their site that took another hour and I was never able to place my order. We ordered Thai. My visa card was charged for the KFC. I contacted customer service then next day and they opened a case number saying they had some problems on Cyber Monday. That was over 2 weeks ago and I never heard from them. On Sunday I called again and spoke to someone who just did not care, he transferred me back to the store. The man I spoke to found my order in the system and sent me the food I ordered 2 weeks before. There was a crazy amount of grease at the bottom of the bucket and in one of the other containers..to the point where the bottom of the container broke. KFC customer service...
