like other reviews I've had a similar experience today in terms of '' bad customer service ''. I went in and ordered a black iced coffee with two splendas the asian lady proceeds to ask if I wanted cane sugar I said no however, on the screen showed iced coffee with cream and cane sugar, so I decided to confirm once more before she made it. She proceeds to yell at me that '' YAH ITS BLACK'' with such distain in her voice that even the person on my phone call could hear her and asked why was she so rude.. I even tried to apologize saying that the screen says otherwise... anyways that passed. Now I have my drink I walk out to my car which is literally parked right outside the door I was two ft out the door, when another client flagged me down to call me back in, I walked in and before i even stepped a foot in the door the same asian lady yells YOUR CARD DECLINED again with a distain filled volatile voice. Again so loudly in such a small space filled with other customers..I quietly just tapped another card because what the heck. are you yelling at me for with your eyes almost bulging out your head like I hurt you or something.. I didn't contest it or fight it so why?? I truly feel it takes nothing to be kind and speak to someone with compassion or understanding but I guess shes lacking in that department, I understand everyone goes through things and maybe shes having a bad day so I hope her day gets better,(COMPASSION) so she doesn't make customers feel shamed or embarrassed. Read moreMorning shift Filipino people are lazy and very slow considering that morning shift should be more fast serve because people go to work ON TIME! ordered 1 M coffee + plain croissant heated with butter and it took them 10mins to give my order when there are only 4 people inside ordering (note that there is no drive thru) and those 3 other people didn't even order a huge list. these Filipino people talks a lot on their language A LOT! like A LOT! and i dont even know if it was something relevant to their job or just bs conversation, overall, fire these slow lazy people and get one that is more self disciplined and work oriented as it affects the store itself. i used to work at tim hortons by the way WITH A DRIVE THRU , and none of us worked like this slow even on the front counter. Read moreOrdered two ice cap few weeks back from this location and they didn’t put the whipped cream properly in one of the ice cap so, I asked them to add some extra whipped cream and the guy working there started talking about standards to me. It has been several time the guy who made my ice cap doesn’t add the whipped cream properly and so, I went back and asked them to add some extra and he started to argue with me. Then after, I visited the place again and the same guy spilled vanilla syrup on the cup so I asked for paper napkins to wipe my hands. And the same guy who made the ice cap for me asked to remove my mask in front of other customers recalling the incident of whipped cream. The guy is very mean and he is really rude.
