Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Toronto

Soo have patience with me this is gonna take long . we ordered our pizza at 12:02 am we got our pizza at 1:00 am so technically we are entitled to get free pizza so naturally we asked for free , the delivery guy was so rude he didn’t even listen and told to call customer service to get free one , we did and we got free one !!! No no hang in there , this is not end when we opened the box the pizza was so burnt that it was not even feasible to eat .. so we called customer service they where were ready to give away same order another time this time it was around 1:05 am and mind well the store closes at 2:00 am they still have 55 minutes to make up ( spoiler alert : we are just 650 m away from the shop ) . And when the clock strike 2:00 am we called customer service to locate our pizza .. now the customer service representative rude and told us that the guys are just waiting outside ( spoiler alert : no one was there ) then after few minute we get call from no caller id ( possibly : delivery guy ) that they are coming in 2-3 minutes ..

Wait for it ... they didn’t show up

So now after ordering our pizza at 12 :00 am we didn’t get any pizza we were waiting up to 2:30 ( total waste of 2:30 hours ) and we couldn’t even call customer service after 2:15 am

So feel free to give me insight how can somebody be so negligent ??!!!!!!!

And believe me one star is only because google didn’t allow me...

The order taker did not greet me when i entered and i asked her what the walk in special was and she named them without saying the prices. After i ordered a pizza i noticed the tables had crumbs on them so i sat at a cleaner looking table and it was sticky. I asked the order taker if she could clean it.she said in five minutes. she wiped the table very badly and weak, I said that she missed a spot and she wiped it again the same way and said to me i could move to a different table. And i replied that the other tables are dirty. Then the cook asked her something in thier language and asked me what was wrong i told him what happened and he said are you sitting at all the tables?. I said what? And he said she can't clean all the tables. I said i never told her to clean all of them. I just want my table cleaned. He said he don't have time to clean the tables. And said to me to have a seat.i told him he didn't understand what the issue is and he wouldn't take responsibility for the messy lobby. The washroom also was filthy. I lost my appetite and got a refund. The cook refused to give his name and the order taker lied and said she doesn't...

Only visit this location during evening hours. The morning shift guys here are a joke. When I came in, the cash dude was at the back chatting with the guy making the pizza, made me wait at the counter for a good 6 minutes before he took noticed of me.

I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza, when the pizza came i asked for napkins. Cash dude ignored me and changed topic by opening the box and show me my order. Then i discovered it didnt have any pepperoni on it.

Guy then accuses me of making the wrong order, this is complete bull shit because i had told him at the beginning, emphasizing i wanted pepperonis on it, twice!

When i finally recieved my order. I found the the pizza had less cheese than what i usually get, it was a little burnt and very dry.

The food made in the evening shift taste so much better and indian girl working the cash register on the evening is far...
