Aly's Pizza — Restaurant in Toronto

We ordered an XL veggie pizza. When my sister took a bite, she found a hair in the cheese. We immediately went up to show the staff, but the two Indian women working there were incredibly rude and dismissed our complaint, acting as though we were lying—even though the hair was clearly in the food. I told her to check the cameras if she wanted but she disregarded it. To make matters worse, the worker didn’t wash her hands, wasn’t wearing gloves, and had no hair net. It was extremely UNHYGENIC and makes me nauseous just thinking about it.

The woman who called herself the "manager" refused to issue a refund and was rude and unhelpful throughout the entire ordeal. When I asked for the garlic sauce we already paid for and compensation, she completely ignored me and proceeded to serve the next customer without even acknowledging my request.

I’ve never encountered such awful customer service in my life. The whole experience was disgusting and frustrating. I will never be returning, and I wouldn't recommend anyone else go there either. 1 star is too kind, they...

I experienced food poisoning after dining here and will not be returning. Several recent reviews highlight similar concerns regarding hygiene and food safety (including reports of food poisoning and hair in the food).

For my birthday gathering, my cousins and I ordered several boxes of Late Night Pizza. By the evening of the following day, eight individuals from four different households experienced symptoms of food poisoning, including vomiting, diarrhea, and dizziness. The only common meal we all consumed was from Late Night Pizza.

Despite reaching out to the establishment, they denied receiving similar complaints. However, recent reviews suggest otherwise. I strongly recommend choosing a more reputable chain. Additionally, given the current cheese recall for E. coli, I wouldn’t be surprised if this location’s products are affected.

Edit: 2 of my family members are now in the ER and on IV. Will never be eating from here. Someone needs to do an inspection...

Beware of… The girl that took my order was nice but the girl that actually made the pizza was so disrespectful and rude..I took my order and asked for bbq base when she told the girl to start making it she looked at my order and made such a disgusted face and started working on it right away WITHOUT washing her hands ..how gross is that ? I saw her sitting there on her phone while I was making my order. I asked the cash why the girl started my order without washing her hands ? She then went up to the girl to tell her to wash her hands, she just rolled her eyes and dipped her hands in the water (not even for a 3 seconds). Maybe hire people that actually want to be there and follow proper protocol especially when working with food. I still paid for my 20$ pizza but never ate it. Just horrible I will not be...
