Shanghai 360 — Restaurant in Toronto

Had the worst possible experience here this afternoon with my girlfriend. About 2 minutes into our meal my girlfriend found a blonde hair in her food (clearly came from the fake blonde) behind the counter.

When I asked to speak to the manager (the only one who could speak english) he tried to say I was lieing LOL "that's not a hair" I snapped and demanded a refund for BOTH our orders. Do you wanna eat food after your girlfriend just pulls out a hair? No I dont think so!

They only reason we got our money back was because we started basically yelling infront of other customers.

These people are rude, do not make eye contact with customers and GOD FORBID you should ask for a takeout container or extra napkins they will look at you like they just broke the bank

The food is your typical over priced mall trash will never eat there again. Shame on your pathetic joke customer service. I have a good mind to report these clowns to the health department

Unnecessarily stingy and cost-cutting! Staff at the counter gave me only 4 pieces of beef in my combo meal for $13+tax and more than half of my box was rice - it was not half rice and half meat as advertised. What a rip off! I was already not happy with the food, but when I went back after my meal to ask for napkins, they asked me to PROVE that I ordered food from them. I already finished my meal and returned my tray and I didn't take a receipt. I explained this to them, but they said napkins were for customers only and if I couldn't prove that I was a customer, I couldn't have any napkins. An employee from Jimmy the Greek next door was kind enough to give me napkins instead. It really rubbed me the wrong way that the staff at Shanghai 360 weren't even willing to spare me a napkin, regardless of if I was a paying customer or not. It's just a napkin, calm down guys. How cheap do you have to be to ask someone to prove they are a customer before giving...

I and my friend ordered two separate meals in this food spot yesterday. I ordered three kind of food item, and my friend ordered two kind of food item. But the ladies wrote as if we took 3 items of each on the top of the bowl and we paid for that. And the portion of the food is very small, but the bowl is very large. The taste of the food (beef and shrimp) was smelling bad. My friend took only two spoons from his order, we put the rest on the garbage bin. The service was horrible, and the price also exaggerated, we paid 30 CAD for nothing. The ladies were rush to serve us. They look like they are hiding or cheating something from us. Right after I ate the food, my mouth filled with bad odor and full of saliva, it looks like vomiting. Just I run into coffee house to take and avoid the filling. But, not work even, it was bad memory. I will never and ever order anything from this restaurant...
