Bourbon St. Grill — Restaurant in Toronto

I went to Bourbon Street Grill at woodbine mall on Thursday February 22nd 2024 in the evening around 6 pm - 6:30 pm with my family. My boyfriend bought a 2 meat combo, I got just noodles so my boyfriend an I could share the meat and veggie, and got a small Jr. combo for my son, and a drink. My boyfriend ate first, and then I ate. I ate a few bites. I pushed the noodles aside, and the noticed a ROACH, yes a COCKAROCH in our food. the most disgusting thing that has ever happened to me. we all stopped eating immediately, and I brought the food back up to the counter. I told the lady I found a roach in my food and she was so disgusted. Another worker came over and told them I was not going to make a scene, I just wanted all my money back. I waited for about 2 mins, and the manager came to re-fund my money. The older Asian lady said we have to minus the drink. I said Lady I just found a roach in my food, I just want my money back. She looked at me and said, but you got a drink. I had to raise my voice and said " I JUST FOUND A COCKAROACH IN MY FOOD, I WANT ALL MY MONEY BACK". The Manager was apologetic, and said ok no problem, but the lady was so mean. if looks could kill..let me tell you. I just had to file a complaint. They didn't even remove the food that was on display that I bought, they just kept serving it like nothing happened. People can get really sick from this, and they need to be...

Ordered from ubereats...what a waste of money!@!! Two different orders and everything tasted the same, shrimp in my order was turning...shrimp in other ordrr didn't come with the sauce, honey garlic chicken was spicy. Chicken in both orders was overcooked and stringy. Shrimp in both orders is breaded which is not described on the menu...only conclusion is they fry up a batch of breaded proteins and just add the different sauces. As for the "should not be spicy" honey garlic chicken they must use the same container to toss all the breaded chicken batches...only explanation for flavor crossover. QUANTITY DOES NOT...
