AVOID HERE AT ALL COSTS. THE OTHER REVIEWS ABOUT THIS LADY BEING A SCAMMER ARE TRUE. Today is June 22,2022. I ordered a regular philly cheesesteak. Total on screen said 13.44. I tapped my card and it went through. My receipt printed. And wasn't handed to me. The woman said she accidentally charged me for a small. I need to pay 13.44 not 10.05. I said okay sure can I have a refund for my money I just paid. She looked at me and pretend she didn't know what I was saying and walked away. Then said you didn't pay. I said my card tapped and it went through. She said no it didn't my machine doesn't show that. I pulled up my bank transaction and she refused to look at it and from far accused me of pulling up a fake transaction to show her. She refused to deal with the issue. Ignored me and went to serve others. She even argued with me telling me I'm lying. She wanted to charge me 23.50 for a regular Philly cheesesteak which is only 13.44. She is a scammer. When I asked for my refund she pretended it didn't happen. She withheld my bill until security came and told her to show me the bill. Tried to order a Philly cheesesteak. Young lady working was not cutting the meat and vegetables. I asked her several times but her lack of enthusiasm impacted her doing so. I asked for another person to try and upon her coming out she focused on one green pepper even though I asked for the meat to be done as they usually do. I was then informed the meat had been on the grill too long at this point and could not cut meat smaller. I finally asked for my money back and left without my dinner. Worker did not seem to care. Even though I expressed to her what I wanted she just continued as she was until I was frustrated and gave up. Didn’t seem to care that I was unhappy and leaving without my meal. At the end she offered to remake my sandwich but by then it was too little too late. A real display of just not caring. I have been going to this place for years. The owner is fantastic. Friendly and consistent in how she makes the sandwiches. Unfortunately she was not there tonight. I would have given no stars if I could have since I left...

The woman here should learn how to respect her employees. Stingy on food and wage (always avoid to talk about payment). The training is an excuse for a free employee, she will find all excuses to make you stay in training (no payment on training, minimum MONTHLY wage but requires to do everything, but actually NO PAYMENT at all) . It’s a scammer! She never tries to teach you, just to make excuses for “not ready to work”. During the training, she will kept teasing you, and ask you not to say anything.

And here is what I know during the training: The woman always recommend her chicken and steak sandwich (1 and 7) because she doesn’t want to prepare other meat (although you can order), she said it’s “a lot of work”. The toppings are more than Ranch, lettuce and tomatoes, the woman always say “Ranch,lettuce, tomatoes?” Because she try to save her food, save expenses and save work!
