I usually love real fruit and never had an issue with the woodbine location, but today I had a complaint and I received some terrible customer service. I ordered something new (passion fruit papaya slush) and I wasn't satisfied with it as it had the passion fruit seeds in it and every time I would take a sip with one in it, it was like eating eggshells, it just wasn't pleasant for me. I went back to the staff and ask them if they could re-make it for me without the seeds. They told me I would have had to tell them that before I ordered, which I would have done, if I knew there were gonna keep the seeds in!! Any ways they weren't helpful at all, they didn't try to suggest a new drink to me or offer to remake it. I asked for a refund and they gave me back my stamped card.. and the drink went to waste anyways (which is what I think they were trying to avoid by not offering to make me another drink). Whoever owns this real fruit, PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF ON CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND PROBLEM...

Read moreThe Asian lady who assisted me was very rude. I initially asked for tapioca in my taro sherbet, but she may not have heard me. When I noticed that the other lady preparing my drink didn’t add any tapioca, I asked about it before the drink was finished. The original server then argued with me, saying, “I asked you, and you said you didn’t want tapioca.” I responded by saying that I didn’t mind paying extra and just wanted the tapioca added.
After I paid for it, the same lady started shaking her head and muttering something either to herself or to the other staff member. I asked her, “What is that attitude for?” and she raised her voice, saying, “You are the one having an attitude.”
Is this what you consider good customer service? This kind of behavior is unacceptable. Instead of arguing, she should have handled the situation professionally and resolved the issue. She needs to be addressed and made aware that this is not the right way to speak...
