Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Toronto

Anytime you go there and order chicken wings they're answer is always no. Why does this particular Rexdale location never have wings I wanna know? Coz that's the only thing I like at Popeyes apart from it's fries. Also nothing is fresh. The chicken is kept cold and has been fried in used oil. Popeyes this is horrible quality. Don't be misled by the many fake reviews on here. Most of the 5 star reviews have just one review.

The tall thin lady taking orders needs to fix her attitude. Shes been there for years but doesn't know what customer service is. Her manager or store owner needs to train her on some skills. I asked for a wings combo and said don't give me the drink so she charged me separately for wings and fries which costs more than combo and when I brought it to her attention she's like how can I charge you for drink when you're not taking it I said why should I pay more for taking less items? What logic is that? I said ok give me the drink then she did some dumb recalculation which was also not correct and then didn't even give the drink. Girl your not just weak in logic, customer service, maths but also in basic...

Such a unique experience I got today since the time I entered Canada(almost 15 years),,where an employee tells me not to buy from here if you have any problem!!!! On top of that she was talking to a boy standing leftside corner of the shop and acting like a hero heroine.such a pathetic customer service of the closing shift...That Indian girl with very loud voice and ill manners trying to shout on customers in queue and if they inquire whether french fries left ???instead of answering she started screaming!!!! I am going to communicate with the manager and will make sure the owner should know how these kind of employe can ruin their bussiness and loose regular customers.I highly recommend the owner to observe and investigate what is going on in the closing shift.I visited on June 29th 2023 around 7pm. This is the first time I got astonished seeing front desk behaving like a barbarian infront of customers.i wish there is an option...

First time sharing. Usually I’d just not return but they really pushed my buttons. Worse servers ever. First I’m pretty sure they forgot about my sons order as he was waiting there what seemed to be forever while I grabbed something elsewhere. Then when he gets over to our seats he was missing his chicken strip sauce so I went over and asked for dipping sauce. I was told it’s in the box so I went back to double check. Nope, not in the box so I brought the box up to the counter then was accused of lying, they insist they put it in with his meal. Wouldn’t have been that bad if she hadn’t overhand thrown it in the box and accused me of trying to get a measly free dipping sauce. So unprofessional. They shouldn’t be dealing with the general public. I know where to avoid on our next trip south!!!
