Nestled in the heart of Toronto, Brick & Cheese tantalizes taste buds with its unique take on French tacos. Stepping away from the traditional, they infuse French flavors and textures, creating an explosion of savory goodness in every bite.

The Beef: A Symphony of Savory Delights

Brick & Cheese doesn't skimp on the quality of its beef. Tender, juicy shreds boast a rich, meaty flavor, perfectly complemented by a subtle smokiness. Each mouthful is a delightful dance of textures, with the crisp lettuce and melty cheese adding a satisfying contrast.

The Chicken: A Flight of Flavorful Feathery Fun

The chicken is equally impressive, cooked to juicy perfection and seasoned with a blend of herbs and spices that sing on the palate. Whether you savor it in its classic form or opt for the crispy fried chicken, it's a guaranteed crowd-pleaser.

Beyond the Meat: A Celebration of Toppings and Sauces

Brick & Cheese's true brilliance lies in its toppings and sauces. From the creamy, decadent secret cheese sauce to the tangy dijonnaise and the fiery chipotle, each condiment adds a unique layer of flavor. The caramelized onions and crispy French fries nestled within the tacos further elevate the textural experience.

A Few Nibbles:

The portions are generous, making Brick & Cheese a great value for money.

The restaurant's atmosphere is casual and inviting, perfect for a quick lunch or a relaxed dinner.

Vegetarian and vegan options are available, ensuring inclusivity.

In Conclusion:

Brick & Cheese is a must-try for anyone seeking a unique and flavorful taco experience in Toronto. With its high-quality ingredients, creative combinations, and playful ambiance, it scores an impressive 8.5 out of 10. So, grab your friends and head down to College Street for a taste of...

If you're a fan of big portions, you're going to have to hit up Brick N' Cheese. I ordered their GIANT CSM CHEESEY SPICY MAYO for the first time, not knowing it would literally be the length of my forearm, but double the width! I addition to its size, it was loaded with crispy chicken, chicken breast, spicy mayo, crispy onions, and Swiss cheese. Oh! As well as their French secret sauce and golden fries. With a combination like this, you can't go wrong with the flavors. However, I found the chicken breast to be a tad dry and couldn't really tell there were crispy onions as they were not crunchy upon eating. Upon my next visit and as per my recommendations, I plan to build my own and really load up on more cheese and sauce. If you're going to indulge, go all out!

Mozzarella sticks were tasty and cheesey, but nothing too special to rave about.

If you enjoy Costco fries, you'll enjoy the ones from Brick N' Cheese as well, but make sure to orders side of their cheese sauce to pair! It's not your regular nacho cheese but rather, a warm...

I was confused when Tito’s kitchen that made Amazing Lasagnas and Brick N Cheese were in the same location. But i realized the place is a ghost kitchen and caters to both Tito’s and Brick n Cheese.

Food : I tried the cheesy spicy Mayo Wrap, with an add on for a big wrap. Oh boy, it was very tasty and heavy for a meal. I believe the wrap is for 2 people. Thereby making the cost for 1 person to 10$ approximately.

The cheese and the sauce were fused in the grilling process, it was yummy. I would rate 8/10.

I am a fan of spicy food. And this wasn’t very spicy. I would rate 4/10 for spicy.

Atmosphere and service:

Like i mentioned this is based on a ghost kitchen concept, but i did dine at the place. It wasn’t very spacious. But i liked their service and wanted to try it there. They were great to talk to.

I didn’t know Brick N Cheese had franchises and this was the first ever franchise. What an amazing place to be and...
