Firstly, the drive through order machine on the left side has a speaker that barely works, I had no idea what the employee was saying, even with my head tilted out of my window to hear better. Second, there was a sketchy kid hanging out at the drive through window which had me rolling up my window in fear that he was gonna snatch my card or take my food. But he left before I got to the window thank goodness, and he left because they gave him food out of the drive through window when it was mid day and the restaurant was fully open and taking orders inside. Third, I had asked for an iced coffee which the lady at the window asked if I wanted cream and sugar which I thought was strange cause usually with an iced coffee it comes already with it inside, but I told her what I'd like. Then a moment later she hands me a hot coffee, so I told her I asked for an iced one which she said they don't serve. The Burger king in my neighborhood has iced coffees so that's why I ordered it, and instead of saying they don't serve it iced, they wanted those extra dollars and gave me a hot coffee. It was an all around...
Read moreVisited this location at 9:55 PM on Dec 17. It was a large group of us (kids and adults). I guess the staff wasn't too thrilled that we came in 5 minutes before the dining area was supposed to be closed. Orders were placed and it took them so long to put together our orders. Drive thru was definitely the focus at this location because they were serving 4-5 cars in between our orders. While we were still trying to finish our meals one of the staff tells us that it's already 10:10 and the lobby closed 10 minutes ago. We excited the store, some of us still trying to eat their burgers, while nothing was said to the group of gentlemen just loitering inside. Drive-thru closes at 2am. So there was absolutely no reason to make us leave while still eating. Is this Burger King's policy? If so, that's a terrible way to treat your customers. I've worked as a manager at other fast-food joints and the customers are always allowed to finish their meals. Never were they told to leave if they were...
Read moreThis location is very weird they don’t accept 100 dollar bills and refuse to serve u even if that is the only money you have one hand.... I was in the drive-thru and placed my order and then after being told the price I drove up to the next window..... once the server recited the price to me I handed her the money .... then she said she can’t take my money because they don’t take 100 dollar bills.....I think it’s unfair for money to be turned down just because a franchise failed to train their staff of how to spot counterfeit money ... its was a big inconvenience because I was ordering food for my child and was still turned away after speaking with the manager... the restaurant has free parking and looks pretty clean from the outside... after how I was treated I never bothered to enter the Burger King and I probably won’t be back to...
