Extremely Disrespectful Customer Service - WORST EXPERIENCE EVER I am beyond furious with the absolutely appalling service i received from this store. I called( at 9:41 am) to speak to the Store Manager, and the lady who answered could barely speak English. When I asked if it was a good time to have a conversation, she did not respond. Instead, she randomly claimed to be the store manager, so I asked her again if it was the right time to speak, if not I will call you back. She stayed completely silent, and after a couple of awkward seconds, she finally mutterer "no" and hung up on me. Thinking this was a mistake, I called again, only to have another girl pick up. I could immediately tell she was likely of Indian accent, and she did not greet me at all, simply screamed "WHAT DO YOU WANT?" at the top of her lungs. I tried to calmly explain my reason for calling, but instead of listening, she repeatedly yelled "WHAT DO YOU WANT? WHY ARE YOU BOTHERING US? WE'RE SO BUSY !" at me. It is clear that they were busy but I only called once. There is absolutely no excuse for treating customers like this. This level of unprofessional ism is completely unacceptable. I was not even given a chance to explain myself before being yelled at multiple times. After the 5th time of her screaming, I ended up hanging up the call. I am writing this review not only as a customer but also as someone working in the HUMAN RESOURCES for a Tim Horton's Franchise. The behavior of this staff member was completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and inexcusable. I expect a formal apology from this individual, and I demand the store manager and the HR follow up with the team, especially this girl, about how to properly handled customer interactions. If you read the other reviews, you'll see that not the only me who has experienced the rude behavior from this store. I will never be returning, and I strongly advise anyone to avoid...
Read moreI came to this location this evening to purchase 2 $25 gift cards and never have I been treated so disrespectfully. First of all the cashier made a mistake by charging me $50 on one card instead of 2 which I totally understand that mistakes happen but instead of fixing it she tells me it cannot be done and calls someone else to help. The second employee handles me very aggressively and disrespectfully and asks me “why did you do that?” as if it was my fault and never took the time to ask my side of what happened. She told me that this error can not be fixed and that she can’t do anything but I told her that these 2 gift cards were for work and that I needed it the way I asked it for. I understood there was a line up behind me so I stood to the side and told her I would wait and that they could deal with the other customers. The entire time the workers were talking in their own language (tamil) of how it was my fault and I’m the one who messed up and is causing this delay not realizing I speak and understand tamil myself. I work at a fast food restaurant myself as a manager and this is EXTREMELY unprofessional to do- not once or twice but the first employee was talking about me multiple times. When the second employee was fixing the error she handled me very aggressively and rudely because I was “causing more work for her”. When I explained to her at the end of how unprofessional they’re being and that I understand what they were saying in their language the entire time she cut me off and said “ok bye” and went to the back. No apology whatsoever for her part and not taking any responsibility for her crew just stormed off to the back WHILE I was speaking to her. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone at all, would give it...
Read moreI went there to get a "Too Good to Go Order" and when I got there before I placed the order, I tried to ask the staff about what might be in the order and whether they fill it or I get to choose what I want. the two Indian women that were there working at Tim Hortons both barely spoken English and didn't understand what I was asking about and didn't seem to know anything about what a too good to go bag was?
Eventually after multiple attempts to try and explain to them what it was I was asking about finally the older fat Indian woman finally understood what it was and I asked whether I got to pick what was in it, or they did. She initially said they choose what goes in it. So I said Thank you and I wasn't going to order it and when she realized I wasn't going to order it and leave she says okay, okay, you can choose what you wanted.
But then after I was committed to it, ordered it and paid for it, she wouldn't let me choose what I wanted and she put the plainest, cheapest stuff they had in the box.
She was also very rude and difficult, which seems to be reflected in most of there reviews.
Stay away from this location, and if you are a "Too Good to Go" customer, don't ever order from this...
