I will never order Popeyes ever again; maybe im over exaggerating but if this is the result of this specific restaurants policy alone, then I will never order Popeyes from this restaurant ever again, however if it is just Popeye's policy, then I will never order from Popeyes ever again altogether. I waited excruciatingly long for my order, as I told them to make it fresh, as this specific restaurant has a dirty cheating habit of giving people the wrong pieces of meat and giving meat that tastes like it was run down.
After they gave my order I asked if I could get a plastic bag, as I made a pretty big order of a $35 meal deal of 10 pc chicken, 10 pc tender, 2 large sides, 6 biscuits, and a 2L bottle of coke; I asked for a plastic bag because of my fear that with that much food, the bag could break, they however told me that I am not able to get a plastic bag because "they don't give any".
For a meal as big as this, what kind of restaurant does not sell plastic bags for situations like this? Because as soon as I got my order, my worst nightmare came to life, as I was on my way home, the bag ripped!!!!! Most of my food within that bag fell on the middle of the street and got absolutely ruined, because the strength of the bag could not contain the amount of food within the bag. My day immediately got ruined and I had the worst mental breakdown on my way home. I am still visibly mad writing this review as I could very well sue this restaurant and Popeyes and take...
Read moreA regular at this location but the disrespect last night led me to this review While placing my order the manager decided to mid order leave and start talking to his co worker to leave early , I had my phone ready to pay, all while battling a severe migraine and desperately needing food. As I was about to pay, I noticed an extra drink added to my order by the worker. Upon informing him, he responded with frustration, stating, “ugh, I’m gonna have to delete this whole order and start again,” accompanied by hand gestures. This made me question if this is the kind of training Popeyes provides.
Frustrated, I decided to cancel my order and inquire about the reason for such drastic action. To my surprise, the worker started yelling and arguing, insisting that I should learn how to order properly. This response was absolutely ridiculous, as I shouldn't have to feel belittled when the mistake wasn't mine. I find it concerning that a customer has to endure such treatment.
Given this unpleasant experience, I strongly believe that the manager should undergo additional training in customer service or, if necessary, be reconsidered for their role. This incident, especially for someone dealing with mental health issues, had a profoundly negative impact, leaving me without the food I needed for the rest...
Read moreI placed an order for mashed potatoes, coleslaw, and a 12-piece chicken meal at 10:45pm. Unfortunately, after consuming the food, both myself and my household-guests experienced severe gastrointestinal distress, leading to a night of discomfort and continuous episodes of diarrhea.
Distressed by the situation, I contacted the restaurant to inform them about the incident and seek assistance. To my surprise, the response I received was not only unsatisfactory but also highly concerning. I was informed that in order to pursue any further action, a doctor's order was required explicitly stating that the food from Popeye's was the cause of the food poisoning. This request left me baffled, as it seems unreasonable to expect customers to obtain such documentation for a situation that appears to be a direct result of consuming food from your establishment.
I hope that management address this matter promptly and take the necessary steps to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. I would appreciate a thorough investigation into the food preparation processes and quality control measures in place to identify any potential lapses that may have led to the food poisoning. Furthermore, I expect a formal apology for the inadequate response received when I reached out...
